I appreciate your very through review of the Razer Edge. Also nice to have fresh eyes on a device that released almost a year ago... It still has an advantage over it's competition with it's Gen 3 chip, 6.8inch 1080p Amoled display, really good controls and finally the price point of the device. I've seen it sold on ebay new or open box for anywhere from $200 to $300 for the wifi version in 2024...
I just bought this last week for 250 + tax. I am enjoying emulation and Android gaming immensely. I just wish they had not rounded the bezels and made a 7 inch screen. I bought mine brand new at the Razer store in San Francisco. The staff there were awesome.
So I am not sure if anyone knows but they recently had a update and they got rid of the FAT32 restriction so you can play any ps2 game or anything over 4gb I love the razer edge
@@jedimind505 just update the latest firmware I found this out by playing midnight club 3 dub edition is over 4GB it did not work for me a few months ago when I got the update a few weeks ago it finally worked I also tested dragonball z budokai 3 also another game over 4GB and it worked
Just recently purchased one and i gota say i love the device for what it is, the only drawback is that it's running android 12, a lot of apps require android 13 like warzone so its a big let down, for emulation though it works perfectly. I picked one up for £160 brand new so it was a pretty good deal.
Hello, do you know if the razer edge WIFI has update to solve the problem about thesupport of sd card with exfat? I think that the 5G version has it, but no the wifi version. Thanks!

@@mistarj2580 thanks for the feed back, but I went with the Logitech G cloud only because the screen size on the razer was a little weird
