    ‘How to maintain the average weight of a 12 year old girl.’
    Good god the fact you don’t see this video as problematic is horrendous.

      First of all you don’t know how tall she is. Shorter people weigh less. Also asian people tend to weigh less than other races so it’s more normal for them to weigh in the 40s. You can tell by looking at her that she isn’t unhealthy skinny. If you disagree with the video just don’t click on it.

    Glad you like my home city/village 😂.
    If your looking for cheap massage here that won't happen as it's super expensive, also most fast food here is cheap crap that I would not consider eating. Beware of young people because most of them do not have strict perants and grew up eating mostly fast foods, most media is full of violence also. I pray for you foreigners because it's really a different place here from where your from, Jesus be with you and put the entire armor of God on with the sword of the holy spirit to cut away evil bonds and shield to block the firey darts of the enemy. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven, forever and ever Jesus. Amen

      @@skyearthyx I mean I previously used to eat pretty shit, then fixed it slightly primarily eating fresh meats with fresh veg.. although like 4 weeks in i caught a bug (prob food poisoning) and been demotivated ever since lol, that shi was wild 🤣 - I would say im pretty healthy, i can remain dedicated for a solid while but like 60% of my diet is just water rn 💀

      @@Syekn I wouldn’t say it’s easy, it is freaking hard. You can do it! We still have the occasional eat out too, more importantly I feel is being aware of it and you can gradually make the change yourself.

      @@skyearthyx Oooh i'll give it a try and yeah I understand its not that easy, any diet alone isn't too easy really.. i've tried a lot of them; Carnivore, Vegetarian although you don't get all the nutrition you need.

    Also don't worry guys. I haven't cut out meat from my diet. We just didn't get any meat in this specific grocery trip. Don't think I can become a vegetarian haha I love my meat (chicken, salmon, seafood) too much. Though I've definitely been eating much lesser meat, as compared to when I was living in Singapore!

    this is an eating disorder

    • @skyearthyx
      @skyearthyx  2 месяца назад +3

      Not quite. Had a look at Google definition of an eating disorder. Definitely not, this video is about eating healthier foods and you still have to get your calories (just not from processed foods).
      It is a conscious lifestyle choice & decision which does not come with any anxiety or whatsoever. I’m clear headed with the knowledge & impact of what certain foods can do to our body. Hence this video to educate.
      There’s no fear of gaining calories or gaining weight. In fact, it’s the opposite that we are focused on: eating enough calories for the day, without compromising the quality of food.
      Many people are in denial of what they’re putting in their mouths, you’re not the only one.

    • @Syekn
      @Syekn 2 месяца назад +1

      Yeah, this ISN'T an eating disorder. Eating healthier and skipping foods with bad ingredients isn't an eating disorder on its own. Actually, being mindful about what you eat is usually a smart move but, it can get out of hand if you go too far (of course, but yet again she hasn't gone to the extreme)
      I also do not believe that @skyearthy sees themselves as obese and chooses to eat less.
      You just gotta be more mindful and consider what's actually going inside your body, yeah enjoy the foods you want, but treat your body like a temple! :D
      Hope this helps Jess ! 😂

      @@jessicayao2022 She doesn't really seem obsessed with healthy eating. She just wants to eat well, which is perfectly normal. It's not something you can research specifically about her. Everyone has days when they eat what they want. People with orthorexia wouldn’t have those occasional indulgences.
      Healthy eating isn’t always a sign of orthorexia. If anything, she seems passionate about her diet and genuinely happy with her progress.
      You're not wrong that people can take it to the extreme (orthorexia) , but that doesn't seem to be the case here.
      - Don't take offense it's just a simple standpoint, nor was I being sarcastic within the previous comment -
