This is because John Deacon (who played the keyboard in this song) made a mistake when he played it. I considered not adding it to the tutorial, but figured it would add to the accuracy.

If he didn't like that mistake he would have fixed it already. I think since it's not too noticeable, and it even add a little bit of jazz to the song (It's an Emaj6 chord I think), he kept it in the final track.
