I felt targeted at the "casting primordial wave after lava lashing a target without flame shock." So many times i've done that... lol
it might be the worst feeling in the world
@@StankieGaming have you had an issue where flame shock doesn't spread? I know I'm hitting the target with flame shock, it just seems like it doesn't spread sometimes.
@@ihavealife002 I’ve had it happen when there are more than 6 enemies in a mob. All you do is tab target the enemy that doesn’t have flame shock, flame shock it and then lava lash and I’ve had 100% succession in spreading it to other mobs that didn’t receive it on first spread.
Primordial Wave adds flame shock to the target and lava lash does spread it. It worked for me. Unless i did the actual rotation first and didnt noticed. Lol
Stankie, you helped me ramp up after several years of not playing enhance, thanks for those epic vids, I'm pumping both raid & M+. If interested, I'd be up if we'd do a key with both builds and see the actual diff on dmg both on boss / trash!

Elementalist feels so god damn good and rewarding but when I’m tired I do storm lmao. But vast majority I play elementalist, love it
I really need to learn elementalist but storm is just so much fun. Good synopsis.
What stat percentage do you sit at? More haste than mastery I assume?
@@simonwilson2413My bad for the late reply. I think I’m at 27% haste and 54% mastery. I know elementalist favors mastery so it should be hoove me to work on it.
Danm, when you said you used lava lash without flameshock on the target i felt an spiritual connection, you less damage than the tank when that happens lol

On the storm build do you cast lava burst on ST when you have 2 fire wolves out?

Hey stankie. Love all your vids and contributions to enh, kudos to you. Could you tell me what addon you're using to show the boss cd timers like that? It's really nice. In fact if you make a little UI video for yourself or a guide that would be cool, I like your UI and I'm sure others do too

I've been a storm build enthusiast but after trying elementalist like a million times it finally clicked. It is so fucking amazing in m+ when u master it. I still occasionaly eat an aoe to the face cause there are so many buttons flashing
It does take a while to wrap your head around, can for sure be a struggle when alot is going on!
i like storm with the 4 tier bonus in m+. 2 button rotation in crash/chain lightning & insane CDR on alpha wolf bcuz of the abundant amounts of maelstrom ur generating. also just pressing sundering on cooldown for an ez 20% dmg increase. so i guess 4 button rotation. Like what stankie said - it allows me to focus more on timers and m+ mechanics
If only they didn't limit the spreading of FS to 5 targets initially , I wouldn't change elementalist , I like the PM and the haste you get
ive been playing quite a bit of both builds. for me personally i find the aoe dmg is very similar but i can squeeze out a bit more single target dmg with elementalist build. since its tyrannical week ive been running elementalist. i do prefer the simplistic playstyle of storm build but im just not as good with that build when it comes to single target. i did just start gearing this toon right before 10.1 tho so my stats are not optimized at all, i got way too much crit and not enough haste/mastery
Hi stankie. I have a question:
Assuming i am playing a build for M+ tyrannical where i have elemental spirits and Elemental Blast.
If i have 2 fire wolves up and I use Primordial Wave is it better to shot a Elemental Blast or a Lightining Bolt? What has the most damage output?

I’m re-watching this because I can’t figure out why I can burst 500k one time and the same exact pac later I’m busting 200k.. I don’t know what I’m messing up.
hey Stankie, should we really use hekili? because sometimes it puts out very stupid rotations that make almost no sense.

If you feel like it helps then you should for sure it, otherwise there's no use =D
you can always try with or without on dummies and see which results in the most DPS!
I personally like it to see what it suggests as my next global, helps me react to proccs!
Definitely going Storm... I feel better paying attention to the mobs in m+

Yeah, Firenova used to be my fav enhance's spell during WoD... Now it's stupidly capped to 6 targets and doesn't overperfom frost shock... How stupid it is ? We can choose between 2 talents but 1 perform better in all situation... :'(
What happened to the doom nova build? Did it get lost in the newer builds using the tier bonuses?
I did enjoy using those fire novas
I think he addressed it in an earlier video.. It's sth along the lines of "it's still good, but cleave build feels like you have to give up less in ST to do similar aoe"

I dont want to go back to fire fire and fire with fire . Dont like it. But the storm is easy and fun! But the rng will kill it, especially on st.
