Deeply rooted Elements, you get more ascendance with the proc than you do by using the on use, you also don't have to spend a global on entering ascendance either. Talent build is in the description if you want to take a look at it.
AoE: 10 Maelstrom stacks -> chain lightning ST: Storm strike spam -> lightning bolt if Storm strike is on CD. Use Feral Spirits on CD with crash right after using to proc Alpha wolf. Doomwinds with sunder when you see fit and then sunder on CD in-between Doomwinds windows. Hopefully this helps if your interested in storm, but with 10.2 around the corner I don't think storm is going to be as effective anymore cuz of the new tier set. But we will see!
