M5 Crash but unaware as i discovered on enetering Junction 25

Happily driving towards the M5 and blissfully unaware that an accident had happened until it was too late as i was already on the slip road and could not turn back....luckily highways and the police turned up sharply and only had to wait 30 minutes..M5 always seem to have incidents as i think this range rover aquaplaned into the barrier.
