I think about him all of the time because i can't think of anything constructive, too fill my mind with. I'm taking my energy back as of today April 24 2021. I have better thing too do than think about someone every day. He doesn't. He's a game player .
Sometimes people are in love with the way things "used to be." People are in love with the past. Usually SONGS (OLDIES) bring back a lot if memories. I know, bcse it happens to me a lot. I love music, therefore I relate a lot as to whom I was with when a certain genre would play on the radio. We all love music..
I love this man so much that i think of him still 24/7. These feelings don't go away. He calls and texts me every day telling me goodmorning and good night.

Number 3 explained what had baffled and confused me for the past 6 months. I could not understand why a year and half later after meeting this person and being out of contact I was suddenly missing and feeling heart broken. I had never in my life had this type of experience. Never knew it was possible. Thanks once again Aliki. I am finally relaxing and sleeping better.

2 you’re picking up on their energy they’re thinking of you
3 something triggered their memory - something you need to see experience/understand. Look for the meaning
4 you see something in this person that you want to experience more of
5 they bring out the best in you - you love who you are around them. Can you bring it out yourself without it being triggered by that other person.
6 they’re ghosting you/blocked you/cut all ties - you’re trying to understand. Your energy has moved to them…
7 they trigger the memory of the time you miss - can you bring this forward again
8 most powerful of all - you have an energy connection! This is someone who needs to be a part of your life

I hear what your saying. I had someone in my life that really did me wrong. Haven't seen this person in 6 years. Always wishing for bad things to happen to her. She inflicted so much pain and negativity on people around her. I just wish she would move far far away!!

I share with this person experiences from past lives and we meet again but we’re not to mean together. This meeting awakes old memories and wounds to be healed and grow in this journey. We share common signs and incredible synchronicities but life is a path. I wish him all my love but we move forward for different directions. Sometimes I feel his energy around me and this experience gave me a powerful awareness, great insights and I know there was a meaning for this person crossed my life. i think it's the same in my case, no other option but to move on, i tried, got played with endlessly, made me realize all of my own issues that needed to be healed/fixed, and now i guess that, it's time to move on.
Number 6 is my situation. A very close friend who I deeply loved suddenly and inexplicably ended our friendship and cut off all contact between us. She never told my why and I had no choice but to walk away. She was very special to me but she was also gay so there was no romantic future for us. Regardless, I really loved her (and still do) and rarely a moment goes by where I don't think about her. I wish I could make it stop.
When you detach or let go why do they always come back apologizing? I've never understood that 🤷♂️
Gosh, I wish someone would answer this! I did this, and they came back, and it put me on a downward spiral all over again!
In my unconscious mind i want manifest him in my life, in my deepest of heart i can't let him go because in my first time of life i just feel this connection, i always crave the feeling of fall in love, the feeling of butterfliest in my stomach, the feeling of missing someone and the feeling of colourfull life, i know this is sounds cheesy but i can't let go this connection, my life feels empty without him, he is like my home, why god can't make him be mine

It is actually a challenge from the universe. As sad as this may sound, you would have to work on detaching from him/as well as facing your own shadows.

@@hanz05 it is hard to believe, i know. In the beginning stages I was like "is this all a sick joke from life".
You then have to take the time to sit down with your feelings. Behind the pain, there is a teaching.
I asked this pain questions, is it worth holding onto it? Does it make you feel good?
The body then responds with a no, and you will emotionally realise that you are letting go. As a side effect it left a void of emptiness and also anger (your body's response to "why did you let her go!?")
It took me a few days but now i dont have to subconsciously think about her anymore. I can now decide for myself when i want to think about her, without having this heavy energy of pain around.
I'll give you this, its worth it and you'll feel better. Plus your heart will free itself up to do the things you want in life and you would be open to receive someone else

i know, i think of my ex all of the day and time for 30 years, but ive moved on! (more roses in my life, and sweet 15-16). feel very strong of him lately, probably because his daughter is of that age i was! very good! (i never talk or communicate with him)

I’m infatuated endlessly with a recovering drug addict 20 years younger. We met and flirted a LOT in rehab (I was not there for drugs) and when we got out he called me on the phone and texted me and then he sort of disappeared and I had to do all the work. I'm going true a whole lot of confusion currently. There's a woman I think of way too much. The problem: I absolutely do not find her attractive in any way shape or form. So why in the world the woman keeps popping into my head?

Instead of trying to deny your feelings, move your energy into your heart, your core and ask yourself. In this way, you can have insight and you will know how to move forward into true happiness and love.

Psychologically it's easy. You simply find something that creates a big and lasting energy field of firing and sparkling neurons in your brain which kind of outshine and override the existing thoughts.
Here is a trick.
Every time you are bothered by thoughts you go online and learn something.
Get your real estate license if you want to use it or not,
Take the caregiver class.
Buy a cheap home design program and start designing houses.
Learn how to trade stocks.
Before you know it you will think about the real estate market, health care or make money trading.
What happens is that the new energy field takes over more space in your brain than the old thoughts and start to wipe them out. You are motivated to dive into it because there is no emotional pain involved.
Looking at entertainment or chatting on twitter is like eating candy. It wont fill your brain for more than 5 minutes and then you are back where you started.
If you follow my advice you will not only forget your troubling thoughts, you will also gain some important skills and knowledge for the future.

I am in the same position as u and it drives me crazy at times as I overthink. I guess its better to give them time and space. Since both U and me are sure of our feelings, we need them to recognise theirs too. Thus, time and space will help them to realise that they need us and gna reach out when they are ready. This is for alikis hoidas i realy do like your videos but i still dont understand some things that you are talking about.like i try so hard to acupie my mind by doing things in my daily life to keep my lover of my mind but nothing works i just start bursting out in tears when im doing my daily chores or when im sleeping i wake up crying i feel this strange strong emotion come over me like i want and need him by my side i feel this loneliness i cant hide im in love with him so much.
