As a person with anxiety, for a long time severe anxiety, I didn't do a lot out of fear. I didn't go to concerts, I didn't wear certain clothes or make up, I didn't visit amazing places. Since I was almost "forced" to go to the Bruce Springsteen concert and facing my fear by doing it, everything changed. I still feel anxious about a lot of things but learnt to do it anyway.

You could consider doing some sort of documentary on your travels and spirituality.

Maya, I think that you should try to take pictures of landmarks or natural objects you've seen in some of the places you've visited and combine with your words. I think that would be a great book. I love the word Burgess used "chronicle," Chronicle your travels into a non-fiction book.
