I'd recommend searching for jobs related to thumbnail design and video editing. There are many of these jobs available. I can't offer one-on-one help, but all of my tutorials give detailed instruction on setting up a profile, portfolio, and applying to jobs. Make sure to add examples of your work on your profile!
