Jesus! Watching this never gets old. Hanging out w the PRP crew at GTR fest was a dream come true. Belake, Herman, everyone was amazing. I’m blessed to have been apart of it. Can’t wait till Next year!
The difference between nissan building an RB26 vs PRP is like maccas slapping together a microwaved cheeseburger vs a swiss watch manufacturer. Every single part down to the nuts and bolts is a work of art.
The fact that this is like PRP first ever new cast block and new cast head and it already pushing over 1000bhp and 10k rpm. 🤯 Now we need brand new aftermarket R34 body shells to restore our GTRs like one company who is making AE86 shells.
I know it sounds awesome throughout the whole rev range, but once it passes 9000rpm its addictive and intoxicating. I actually had to rewind the dyno runs a few times because i couldnt get enough. Wow!
@@conradsealy9603 Except I just bought a brand new 0 mile 2JZ-GTE in a Toyota crate from a dealership for $3k. Took two weeks to arrive at the dealership. Not exactly hard to find, nor was it expensive.
🇦🇬 Great build. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Tech tip: Turn the block 90 degrees (clockwise, while standing at the front) to torque mains, rods and head studs/bolts. 1. You don’t need to provide an opposing force, like bracing the engine stand with your foot, to prevent it from turning. 2. The torque with the assistance of your body weight and gravity makes the job much easier. 3. Works the same for disassembly. 🙇🏾♂️
This is amazing, that engine is truly a work of art! Mad props for making a new cast blocks and heads! Hoping I won't need either for my rb26 but definitely a good feeling knowing they're available!
Delicious. Now it's time for you guys to give the 2jz some of this love with heads that will allow more lift and better port design so we can keep up with these latest RBs
Good on ya Herman lol to have someone else doing bits while ya putting together a 1000 hp motor is awesum ,i couldnt do it lol ,be running after 4 hands instead of 2
This is absolutely mental ❤😊🎉🎉. Id love to be able to tick the "all options please" button and order one an a GTR to go with it but haven't won the lottery YET lol. Fu#$in wicked 💯💯
The only thing they'll be good for is the die hard collector that wants original everything.. Other than that, with this development, who would buy anything else?
It looks really neat! Cross - Fingers ffor you for further development. And a question: Thats - if i understand correctly an engine that is CNC machined with probably better metal structure and thicker walls. Thats why you can achieve a 1100hp . If you do that with usual engine - he will blow on the test stand. So my question - is that a better solution for a "street application" or a person can drive a aluminum block 6062 CNC machined on the street. Whats better solution? Good luck 💫✌️😎
@@yusufozzy Billet can be overkill even for some high-power applications, they have NVH (noise vibration harmonics) issues and you have to wait longer for it to get up to temperature.
You must all be so proud of this, congratulations.
1100hp and 10.5k RPM as the warm up run 😆
PRP are killing it and even the thread tape was colorful like his shorts

Rb26 is the best sounding engine
1JZ-GTE
I have a 1jz, and I love it - it sounds amazing, it makes every drive a beautifully acoustic drive. But I still prefer the sound of an uncorked RB26 😊
5.0 and 5.2 VAG V10s sound way better lol
Porsche GT3
F4ever❤
Come on lotto numbers! Absolutely insane guys, I hope one day I can afford to call you and get 'one with everything thanks'!

Where can i find these fabled swiss watch manufacturer burgers? Me very hor...err hungry....
The scene really is on fire these days with what these suppliers are developing.
@Sparky210-11 wth 😂

Absolutely fantastic. Great work from prp. Herman is a legend.
The rtv dime stacking is sick! Such good technique. Love the progress and can't wait to see more.
with all due respect, how does this channel not have 10M followers?

@@hermanurriola138 love your work mate
I'm going to GTR FESTIVAL! I need RB parts!!!
We ran it to 10,500rpm and at 1100hp… we’re going to tear it down and then run power into it… 🤯 what?!?!
Just a light run in brah 🤣 crazy
LETS GOOOO!
PRP looked at Nissan and their overpriced, low supply blocks and heads and went "Fine, I'll do it myself"
Dart did the same with the 2jz.
@conradsealy9603 And the Honda B-series IIRC
And done it better!

Epic Hermann so good love the video and congratulations on the results
Thank you PRP and associates involved in the development of this RB engine.🎉
PRP innovation killing it.. well done. Imagine buying a cylinder head for your race car that is ready to go. 🙌

Well done guys, very impressed with the plethora of parts you are bringing to the RB market.
ITS OVER 9000!!!!!!!!!
WHAT? THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE
This video is amazing. Herman literally built that engine, from the ground up. Respect
Great video! Can’t wait to see more of these heads!
Incredible work. Really cool to see you re-using parts too to test the engine!
Herman is unstoppable, especially when purple is involved lol.
Congratulations to the PRP team and your associates for this epic milestone what an absolute master piece
thank you for keeping rb community alive!
Im so happy for you Bro. This must be such a great feeling for you, im in the cue! Cant wait to get one in top G!

so glad this presentation was done without Andrews awkwardness,,,herman is a chief
How is Andrew awkward? Super over confident yes but far from awkward. Weird comment
Love the shorts that's how the Aussies do it 🙌
Hard to sell my GTR when PRP is out here making massive RB development improvements. Can't jump ship early 😀

We are in the age where a company has corrected the RB26’s many flaws and remade it better, that is simply astonishing
Congratulations to all involved! ❤❤❤
No one does it better than Herman
congratulations guys, planing of buying one of these for my r34 down the track
10k rpm is awesome
Looks like a 90s mtb wet dream.
So glad to see it finally happened, Cheers

Herman is my favourite person in the industry
Well done Herman
the US never got a chance to play with these RB’s like the aussies. We got the 2jz… y’all are so got damn lucky!

Hi Great videos on setting up the razor! Did you use the pdm to directly power ecu , injectors and coils? TIA

Wow , very awesome 🤩
KILLER SET UP top of the line everything. im ready for my block! side note on initial start up is the timing belt too loose?
Well done
To think thats just R0, congratulations PRP. More power, and also trickle that cast block technology to the 4G63..

Sick, just sick !!!!!
10k RPM is a unique sound
Oh yeah P.R.Pants and P.R.Puppy in the same video, also some old nissan design is fixed by an Aussie
In the near future i will put one like this one in 370z its my dream build. Great job prp thanks for saving the RB engine🫡
Did you do block testing to see how it compares to OEM?
23:29 got worried about the left side of the timing belt flopping about there for a bit.
very impressive !
Bye bye 2J boys! Your goin down! Yeeeeew
...where does herman get his shorts? asking for a friend

@motive is this going in herms R33 N1 at some point? Wick bit of kit, also will he be doing a Prp rb30 version for those like me wanting to stay cast,
