ABOUT THE VOICE
The four-time Emmy Award-winning musical competition series "The Voice" returns as Queen of Country Reba McEntire claims her red chair alongside last season's champ, Niall Horan, and returning superstar coaches John Legend and Gwen Stefani as they vie to discover and coach the next singing phenomenon.
The show's innovative format features five stages of competition: Blind Auditions, Battle Rounds, Knockouts, Playoffs and Live Performance Shows.
This season, the block returns to the Blind Auditions, and during Battles, each coach will have two steals to use. The Three-Way Knockouts are also back. This time, however, artists will select their own songs to perform.
Once the Live Performance Shows begin, the top artists will compete against each other weekly during a live broadcast. This time, the television audience will vote to save their favorite artists. In the end, one artist will be named "The Voice" and receive the grand prize of a recording contract.

Reba gives that grandmother feeling that is so warm and inviting. I can already tell that she is going to care a lot for the people on her team
Im so glad this girl got a chair turn , i think people sometimes forget how hard it is to execute a Leona lewis song and this girl did the song justice with no backing vocals but just being smart with her placement

I can't believe she only got one chair! I love her voice! So much control. So much variation.
Maybe because her voice sounds like original which is not a good thing in the music industry cause every singer should have their own voice and character, Uniqueness is power.

It’s insane how much she’s grown as a singer, but it’s never been hard to tell that she was destined for greatness. Definitely deserved more chair turns because she is AMAZING.

I've always loved Reba. She seems very genuine and caring. I think this girl is going to have an amazing time and experience in her hands.
this is the only audition i’ve seen from this season, but i love Reba’s approach to coaching. she seems to know what it’s really about, which is to recognize potential, NOT PERFECTION, and using your knowledge and experience to help them grow. too many times we’ve seen coaches not turn around for an amazing vocalist because they weren’t perfect or because they haven’t “matured” enough.
that’s exactly what coaches should be there for. to help contestants progress and mature in their ability. i’m excited to see what Reba does with this contestant, but also the other ones.
She's got a sweet voice and definitely plenty of potential
was just a bit rocky starting, probably nerves. She sounded pretty good once she relaxed into the melody, nice flips into head voice. That wail was so tender.

Okay, I seriously don’t think she got the praise she deserved! It wasn’t perfect because of course nerves, but it’s not about being the loudest and the powerhouse. Her tone is so pleasing to ear. Can we talk about how perfect that mix was on those top notes like at 1:19! I had chills.
She is a silent assassin! I thought at first she was a bit nervous. However, she started eating up these quick agile runs. She has some built in auto tune in her voice! I was like whoa. 1:12 to the end was honestly pretty ridiculous! I honestly think she can be a dark horse! I don’t fully agree with Gwen, I completely thought those runs were accurate and executed very well! Her tone is absolutely mesmerizing!

I love Rachele's tone and she has tons of potential. That was a hard song to sing but she did a great job with it. I still needed to hear more from her. I think she's a little green for now. I could tell she sounded a bit nervous and slightly pitchy but she has lots of potential to go far with improvements. Reba will do a great job coaching her for sure! That big note was fantastic too!

One chair turns turning into amazing vocalists moving forward In their voice journey not in order or not in order by season.
Michael williams - 1 chair turn nick jonas coach, went from dark horse one chair turn to the live play offs.
Gina miles - 2 chair turn team niall horan as battle after battle went you can see how confident shes become and really take ownership of the stage till the finally
Hailey Mia - 2 chair turn from team ariana then stolen and to team kelly she got into the top 4 and she also had one of the most beautiful development in her whole voice journey
Brayden Lape 1 chair turn team Blake, claimed also a young dark horse in the season and he made it to the top 8.
And many more, just some of my favorites! What they all have in common they all were young and only one or 2 people turned for them and they all grew and became such great vocalists. Bless coaches who, turn for diamonds in the rough and see they can really help these guys grow into their full potential!

Rachel should've gotten at least three chair turns, she was really good. Her voice wasn't as powerful as the others but she has a sweet, breathy tone I liked.
