After MUCH thought and YEARS of listening, I've reached the conclusion that both this and Hugo's 2nd impact theme "Bottoms up" are the best pieces of music Capcom has ever produced... at least for me. These songs are immaculate.
I still remember to this day my first experience listening to Hugo's theme in 2nd impact. The beginning got me vibing but it was the 1 minute mark in the song that got loving his theme. Dudley's theme was already GOAT as soon as the song started playing.
Dudley has always stood out, a classy and proper gentleman who will beat you with style and finesse while managing to drink tea with his boxing gloves still on, now if that ain't a classy way to get your teeth knocked in then be grateful he doesn't see you as Gutter trash. A dudley main for life and no matter what Dudley holds some of the best themes in the series, come on you can't say you haven't ever just got the urge to bop your head to the beat!
New Generation version: Dudley's family business went Bankruptcy, his father died, he's poor, and trying to rebrand his family name by training to become a World Champion 2nd Impact version: He became a World Champion, became rich, living the dream and buying shit tons of stuffs and organizes every week-end Parties
+AkumetsuRecords Do you still have the full sized version of that pic? Would you share it, please? if there's not much trouble, of course. It's been two years since you uploaded these vids, after all.
This song is so lit with the right amount of bass and speakers backing it. The 90s was a fun time wasn't it? Music really doesn't slap like it did back then.
To be honest, I always think that this, 3rd Strike's music and SSFIV's music are actually coming from a radio, for instance, from his Jaguar (his dad's car) or just a radio he puts on when trimming the hedges.
+AkumetsuRecords New Generation had better versions of most 3F3 themes, but I like the 3S version of Ken's/Alex's theme the best overall :) NG version of Dud's is best; I agree with ya :D same with Yun/Yang and Ibuki, imho
well its the world of STREET FIGHTER... just take a moment to drink in that characters can fire projectiles from their hands/fist/legs. teleport. fly. float. split mountains in half. defy gravity. etc. not your everyday usual mere human. but super human. so tea drinking with boxing gloves seem kinda trivial. lolz. it just makes dudely that much more badass then he is also. my fav boxer in sf.
It will probably never ne explained, but i theorize Dudley is so fancy and delicate that he doesnt really struggle holding small objects such as tea cups
I like Dudley in Street Fighter III series and in Street Fighter IV series as well a gentleman Boxer from the UK that takes some inspiration from Hajime No Ippo a great boxing manga. Also its weird this is the music i go to when i am drawing or Doing homework????
sry but dudleys inspiration didnt come from hajime no ippo. his specials like rolling thunder and corkscrew blow were there before date's appearence and ippos depmsy roll.

"Bottoms Up" is such is good theme, that shit smacks
@@ricebeans9779 Bottoms Up IS my personal favorite. But Dudley's best track definitely goes to 3rd strike. Then his SF4 theme too.
Dude if capcom ever fails as a game company they could definitely became some top tier musicians

Sounds so relaxing and upbeat.
First picture is soooo epic. this writings with characters "fight for the future"
It is, which is why i kept using it for the intro of these vids. Sits pretty well for the series.
+AkumetsuRecords Do you still have the full sized version of that pic?
Would you share it, please? if there's not much trouble, of course. It's been two years since you uploaded these vids, after all.
Yaenipponcover That picture is actually concept art for Street Fighter. It was a extra in Third Strike OE (Online Edition).
Dudley is my hero man, shoutouts to the British boxer 🇬🇧

I love this stage!!! Especially the one with the street guy doing the moonwalk. 🇬🇧

Sadly, in IV, he doesn't possess the car. He mentions it in his intro.
Good thinking, though.
You forgot his New Gen theme, which has always been my favorite of his honestly
Am I the only one who liked Dudley's Next Gen and Second Impact voice actor? I like the 3S too, just that this one seemed tougher to me.
+Big Core Mk X Nope~
+AkumetsuRecords Sounds more snobbish
