Very reminiscent of how McVeigh was caught. Timothy McVeigh (one of the bombers in Oklahoma City that killed 168 people) was pulled over by highway patr for driving with no license plate. When he reached for his license the officer spotted the handgun under his coat and he was arrested for illegally concealing a handgun. After 2 days in jail, waiting for arraignment, authorities identified him as a suspect and much to their surprise he was already in custody. They placed a hold on him just minutes before arraignment where he would've certainly been released with no to minimal bail.

Have you ever been to any church social event? Every one I've ever been around or involved with was run by the grandmothers, mothers, etc. in the church, and not even God could help you if you interfered in their kitchen. When my grandmother died, the church ladies made all the food for the funeral reception and insisted we take as much leftover food as we could carry home with us. I'd never attended that church, nor had my mother, and my father hadn't in decades. Didn't matter, they didn't want grieving relatives to have to worry about fixing or shopping for food for as long as they could help with. They were of greater comfort, and gave me a greater sense of depth of spirit, than the pastor.

this seems to be very odd. 1)The agent says the FBI could invent a pattern, but it’s against the law. Why? As far as I can tell as long as the FBI dosnt interfere with the state government investigation, they CAN study situations and make predictions.
2)the decision to not send troops in to prevent a likely scenerio of anti black attacks, is met with scorn from the governor as staves rights violations s. EXCEPT. The president can send emergency troops in to quell insurrections with special circumstances usually if the state fails to respond or protect effectively.
3)Bartlet seems to let go the governors comment of racism being an issue. Wouldn’t that give the president more reason to send troops in?
4)like most of the west wing issues, the events that parallel real issues isn’t explored. The terrorist was a white school supremecist as a commentator said was similar to timmothy mcveigh. This mixture of nationalism, Christian nationalism, and racism was t effectively targeted after the okc bombing nor does the White House of the west wing ever consider a wider conspiracy or hate group enabling. Afterall, mcveigh didn’t act alone. He had Terry nichols but investigators Suspected others were involved.
