How haven't you blown your system?!?!?! Wow! I've never ever ever heard of anyone turning their gain up half way!!!! Wow! I'm impressed. You're clipping your system and it's not blowing, good shit man!
I turned my gain down recently. I've been learning about clipping and other things. Haven't blown it yet and trying not to. I'm just an installer and auto tech. Learning about technical settings.

I just bought the same system I got an suv and I’m getting it installed in a couple of days! I’m so fucken stoked, I used to run a Skar 3000 watt 15 and I had a 4000 watt amp lol definitely didn’t need that big but it was cheap lol either way I’m super happy to have these 10s
Question I run 2 kicker comp c when I turn bass all way down on jvc head unit and turn bass knob all way up I get no bass until I turn up bass setting all the way is that normal?
Thank for the feedback, thanks for watching , gain increases volume no matter what. All devices either have a gain or volume knob both mean to increase volume From older to current stereos etc.

Gain is not a volume nob where it is set means nothing it just boasts the input voltage so Gain settings vary depending on input voltage
Yes sir I put voltage coming from the brain of the system
what MECP level installer are you? Because even a youtube video has more knowledge than that bass eq setting.

Check the gain settings on the amp you may just need to turn it up a bit
