I would actually hate the instructor because she seemed to do everything so quickly and easily while my chubby butt was struggling. Your videos have made it to so I enjoy yoga and do it often. Great practice! Beginner friendly maybe, but still great for those who do yoga regularly. The guidance in terms of getting into positions and where you might be feeling sensations is really helpful for staying focused and coming back to good technique. Perfect gentle stretching for the day after other intense workouts. Going in my favourites lisr!

Just what the tired body ordered! I find that my semi-circular, buckwheat husk pillow is the most useful prop, even when props are not called for. It cradles my poor old knee for dragon, it supports my head (or hips) for figure 4, it gives just a little weight on my knee is the twist.
Wow this was great! I’m a 46yo male with appalling flexibility. I’ve tried some yoga on RUclips before but could never hold the position, or even get into the shape to begin with. This was perfect and I felt controlled the whole time. If you’re new to yoga and looking for a beginner session with doable things, try this for sure. My dog wasn’t happy that I stole her blanket as a yoga mat, tho. But hey, gotta start somewhere. 👌👍 Thankyou for a truly ‘beginners’ session.
I am 73 years old and have a difficult time getting my butt to my heals in child’s pose..any suggestions that may help? Also when doing sphinx pose I place a rolled hand towel under my knee to be more comfortable. Great practice. Thank you.
It's okay if your butt doesn't go back to your heels. This is common in older bodies, and it's usually due to tightening/shortening of the back fascia. You can work on this by doing more forward bends of all kinds.
