Save the .abr file on your hard drive, drag on drop it onto your photoshop app, or go to brushes, preferences, import!
Hi Nikki, It looks like you have done a great job, let me say that first. But you stated something that made me cringe. That was this: "...In painting you're aloud a lot of sloppiness and a lot of - however you want to go, because it's ART. Right?"
No!
In saying that, you have implied that what you are doing isn't art. I know it is. I have been drawing and painting for a good number of years, and one of the most difficult things for me was producing a work in Photoshop. It is without a doubt an art.
It looks like in your case that it is an art you mastered well. I think you know that art is in learning the skill to be able to do. The quality of the image testifies of the skill of the artist - hence masterpiece. It looks like that is what you are achieving too.
Incidentally I just bought those brushes and the hair ones too. Not a bad price either. In the UK it's only around £15 for both sets. Much thanks.
