Cause we’re already forced to spend half the day at school, aka prison , some where we dont want to be just to spend a few more hours doing an assignment at home when being home is suppose to be where we have our free time and we can so whatever we want but noo the teachers like to pile a crap ton of work on us because even when we’re at home we’re still technically at school because of the 25 assignments that are due the next day. And then there’s the 3 tests you’ve gotta study for on top of that. Teachers act they’re the class that we take. - infp, currently in high school
Please enter a name While somewhat understandable for a high school student, I teach at a college level and have problems with this, as do fellow professors. In our case, we have a printed out syllabus with due dates for assignments, give in class reminders for weeks and still have students who just don’t turn stuff in and expect to pass at the end of the semester. While I don’t expect school to be the end-all be-all of someone’s life, it still kind of confounds me when someone literally pays per credit hour to just not do the bare minimum and have to retake the class and pay again. I will point out that this is not the majority of students, but it can still be really frustrating as a teacher. I literally assigned just one 2-3 page paper last semester and had at least 5 students out of 22 not turn it in at all.
S. Moore ohh that makes sense i guess it depends on what level of education you’re at cause high school is a whole prison but with college you choose to go and you have to pay so it doesn’t add up for a college student to slack off, but that’s their problem not yours. They’re only hurting themselves. They sound like great students btw

My presentation aims to attenuate your involvement reluctance - and to stimulate your inclination to complete assignments. You will not find this class too strenuous."
@@PuzzleQodec Your comment makes me wonder... She could be an INFP who just knows how important it is to be serious with students. She actually reminds me a bit of one of my favorite teachers in high school. She was clearly an introvert, and was super creative with her teaching. She was also careful that there was no busy work while making sure we knew everything that we needed to know. At the same time she gave no leniency when it came to rules and expectations. One day late, your A paper will become a B. Two days? That A is now a C. Three days? No way your paper will count towards your overall grade. A mix between seriousness, flexibility, and creativity... She'd been teaching at least 15 years by the time I had her. She knew how her students thought better than any other teacher. The freshmen all thought she hated them 😂😂 The juniors and seniors? A totally different story. They all respected her like no other. She was also my English teacher. Knew how to teach poetry super well. I also remember hearing that she cried most every night her first year teaching... She might have told us herself... It's been too long. She was a great story teller as well. My class asked her to speak at our graduation. She disappeared as soon as the graduation ceremony was finished! Thank you for reading my long drawn out story... I may have liked that teacher a lot. I try to emulate her when I can
"Let's try and make this as painless as possible". I say that to COLLEGE students; it's my teaching motto, and I said it out loud in class a number of times. LOL. Spot on! -INFP
"Let's try and make this as painless as possible." I actually AM an INFP teacher... and I swear I have mentally begun class with that exact phrase many times.
Alternatively: Student: why? INTP: Uh... which lesson are we on again? ... I'm teaching 3 levels above your grade? Well then, uh, if you want, I can set you up for 3 easy years of math...
Back again. I had a teacher who was really intense growing up and sometimes he would take it SUPER personally if you didn't meet up to his standards especially if you were one of his favoured students. One time he decided to teach class standing on a desk since he thought he just weren't paying enough attention that week. Another time he lost it when most of the class didn't do very well on a science test. He sent maybe 5 or 6 of us into the hallway who did pass the test(I was oddly one of them that day, another day I may have been among the unfortunate) when he called in other staff and teachers to basically threaten and MEAN they would be take away their favourite extracurriculars - if you were on a sports team, you'd be removed, or not allowed in whatever club you were in anymore. Big long lecture including supporting staff. He one came up to me once and said he found it easy to read his students, but I was a rare one he had trouble with. He could just be really intense and if you didn't do well enough he was like a master as making you feel you let him down too, Looking back this is all strange to me as we were 11/12. i wonder which type he was? Any ideas? I adored him for years actually because whilst he was subtly tough me with m (like I said he had this way of making you feel like you had to do well for him just as much as yourself) but he encouraged me a lot at that time and even though we both knew I could do better, the fact he believed in me was something I never forgot and carried it for years. As the years went by I stopped feeling like this as I feel a lot of it was too intense and inappropriate because of it. I can't even remember all of it, maybe it's just me being too sensitive but it was like he had too much emotional power if you were the kind of student that could be influenced by that. I realize going a few steps further that power could kind of dangerous. Not saying he was but looking back IMO NOW I'd tell him to maybe cool it because it may not be the healthiest. He ran into my sister who was working a part time job as a barista in her 20's and just told her how disappointing that was. I was just like fuck you. When I heard that. I realize, he never knew me or my sisterwasn't his student but we're twins so he had a lot interaction with her too, our classrooms being right beside each others). He knew nothing about her life, not even at 11. Or 16 or 20 or 25. Why did he think he had the right to feel disappointed? Feeling someone has more potential is one thing, but the way he expressed it was just so self centered. He told my mom once years after when he ran into her we were two of his favourite students(though my sister was never actually in his class). Of course years have gone by since then, but he clearly remembered my sister well just a few years back. The intensity of it makes me feel so strangely about him now. I no longer think well of him in my head and he was was in my head for YEARS though he can't have known that. In Highshool we had a teacher who dressed in crazy ties and bright shirts all the time who gave everyone nicknames and often pretended our classroom was a star wars ship and he was the Captain. He would give us weird punishments like singing nursery rhymes in front of the class or bouncing down the hallway on one leg. It was obvious some of the teachers got so annoyed with him as once he made us run laps...for reasons I cannot remember even though he was a history teacher and one of the tech/computer/ lab teachers was furious at us all interrupting his classroom which had glass walls by running like a herd of elephants because our teacher told us to(he seems far more annoyed after he realized this other teacher made us do it). Type for Captain? WELL I just made a fun video my soapbox.

Tierra Laird Oh my gosh best of luck!! I had a student teacher for my chemistry class this year and he was a true joy to be around. What I’ve learned about student teachers from his presence is that even though they may face obstacles as they try to achieve their credentials, their patience and persistence is what will get them through the troubles. This is one of the numerous reasons why I hold a great deal of respect for all teachers and for those who are willing to become instructors. May you learn new things on this worthwhile journey! I love that most of his videos I have watched so far is that ISFJ's are always the last to show up and just say some hilarious 1-2 sentences good enough for the video to end.

ISFP: “I thought I liked kids before this.”
So true. 😅😂
Intp teaching my sisters here. They are in first grade, I realized i was teaching them fractions
As an INTP, I would probably do the same thing
Miriam Reinhardt I normally teach my sisters, and it is a little ahead too. xD
My brother is 4th grade and they solve problems in lesson and i tried to teach him equations in high school level. He didn’t understand and i can’t get how he could not. I was refusing that i was an INTP, now i accept i am an INTP
@@hoshirasan saaaame, cant get to think how they dont understand. Intps are best
i learnt fractions when i was 7 it was in my schs curriculum. Nth special, everyone learns it by the time they reach uni anyway
INFJ adjunct here. This fits pretty well. Why does everyone take assignments as suggestions? 🤦🏽♀️
This should tell why the world is crumbling.......
I just recently discovered your hilarious videos. I'm an INFJ assistant professor. I have the same response to my undergrad as the INFJ school teacher. Looking forward to watching your other videos. Thank you for the laughs!
You're welcome! I love making people laugh!
A developed INFP teacher:
"I'm serious about everyone's comprehension of this subject. I present all my classes in a clear, relevant manner - with the intention to inspire your desire to learn. My presentation aims to attenuate your involvement reluctance - and to stimulate your inclination to complete assignments. You will not find this class too strenuous."
I'm now curious what personality type professor McGonagall is.
I try to emulate her when I can
“I was born to lead men. This is infinitely harder”
Beautiful
"Let's try and make this as painless as possible". I say that to COLLEGE students; it's my teaching motto, and I said it out loud in class a number of times. LOL. Spot on!
-INFP
Omg I never say it but it's internally my motto too! 😂
OMG the ISTP one is totally accurate 😂
"Let's try and make this as painless as possible."
I actually AM an INFP teacher... and I swear I have mentally begun class with that exact phrase many times.
LoL! “Why?”(in kid voice) 😂loved it!!
Oh and the ESTJ 😭😂

Wow, I'm an ISTJ and bore kids
Accurate.
I'm am ISTJ as well. I can't stand helping someone
Never stop making these.
When you did ISTP I got flashbacks to my Dad teaching us how to do multiplication tables XD So spot on.
I'm ENTJ and me trying to teach anybody always ends up in my shouts and their tears.
Me, an INTP: so that comes out as... 9.4
Student: why?
Me:
I honestly don't know
Alternatively:
Student: why?
INTP: Uh... which lesson are we on again?
Nice long spiel ❤
As an ENFP student I can promise you that I never actually got that ice cream, because I too, am loud.
Can we appreciate the difference between ISTP and ENTJ
I'm an INTJ and a senior high school teacher. Accuracy 100%
This is the best! Thank you for the laughs!
ENTP always looks for a way out of problems. A workable way.
very efficient
LOL I'm an ESFJ and a teacher too. I'm surprised that you said something that I actually said in the classroom few days ago 😂 there was that moment when a boy couldnt stop joking around and he kept distracting his friends when doing a task, and I told him: stop it or I'll call your mom 😂
As an INTJ, that's the kind of answer I was expecting. There would be a patient explanation afterwards... but utterly accurate 😂
But there are infinite numbers between 6 and 8
Yeah!!!
i’m an intj. the exasperated sigh after being asked a simple question was totally on point.
your videos make my day! they never fail to make me laugh!
Istp, spot on for my internal tutoring monologue
Correction for ISFJ at the very end:
The world will collapse BECAUSE the man’s patience collapsed 😂😂😂
I'm isfj and this is confirmed. Lol
Faithful Rose Loool so true!!! My patience runs very thin very easily, just ask any of my friends 😂😂 I either get very annoying or very frustrated, depending on my mood
I'm an ISFJ and I am very patient, so I think the world would end if his patience collapses. I am also going to be student teaching next year, so I really hope the kindergarteners like me and my patience lasts. :D
You got this! 👏👍
Would be me while staring intently! *Can't you just do the work damn it... sit down*
Gosh what is this.
ISTP was dead on! I do that a lot when I tell people something and then someone says "why? ".
I love that most of his videos I have watched so far is that ISFJ's are always the last to show up and just say some hilarious 1-2 sentences good enough for the video to end.
I AM AN ENFP AND THAT IS SO ACCURSTE
The “okay then *shut up*” sounds be
I am an ENTP and it's spot on!! Always a great job in your awesome vids!!
INTJ here. I would say that’s spot on. Enough logic and reason to shut down the questioning, yet we question everything ourselves lol
Bro that's like spot on. Keep it up my man!
Jeff Roberts thanks a lot!
"Let's try to make this as painless as we can. Alright?"
Soooooo accurate.😂
Omg ISFJ is spot on!!! 😆😆😆 "...because the world will collapse, and also my patience." 😂😂😅
This really made me laugh out loud!
INTP that's me helping my sister with homework😂no patience: why can't you get it?

As an INTJ who's actually studying to become a Math Teacher...this is an accurate representation of my style towards my classmates during practise.
Just kidding of course, but this is a very extreme version of that.
INFP's and INFJ's: teaching literature
ISFP's and ENFP's: teaching art
ISFP-T here, if the students lose my patients I'll try my best not to strangle them.
ISFP-A here. 100% agree with you bud.
@Dorcas Deroneth And then softly apologize to them, like I did when I lightly kicked my annoying classmate in the leg in frustration.
The ''why'' part is really funny
Infj here. The frustrating moment is 100% accurate 😅
INFJ teacher here. I just got this reccomended and I'm glad! That's very accurately my internal speech! Maybe I don't usually go that explicit with children, I'm more like I call them out and the minute after I talk to them in a mild affectionate tone. But those times when it really got critical I did use the "I'm sorry, you know I feel really fond of you, BUT *verbal slapping*"
The ENFJ was totally my best friend (aka accurate af)
The ESTP was funny af
And the INTJ... accurate as usual
the extreme accuracy that u portrayed INFPs as teachers, that was definitely me when I did relief teaching
MBTI personalities and Christmas - I think it would be great
"Okay, kids! Lets try to make this as painless as possible."
I would a billion percent say this....
ENFJ 's were my favourite teachers. I am for ever grateful to them decades after school.
I think my favourite teacher must have been an ENJ.
1:03 is literally my old freshman high school English teacher. I am almost certain she was some sort of high-strung, slightly anxious sort of INFP.
INFP is spot on.
I wish I had an INFP teacher, especially if he's as good looking as this guy (with glasses, oh my).
As an INTJ, is exactly the level of patience that i have to stupid questions.
I'm a fellow INTJ, and I have to agree. Stupid questions get stupid answers

Sometimes it's just a breath of disappointment. I worked in sales a long time ago, and a woman came to ask me 3 times in literally 2 minutes if a pile of pants was a medium size, which I clarified before she asked. Situations like that are almost daily when you work in sales.

if i ever become a teacher (hopefully i don't), i'll legit be the crazy ass one who tells weird adventure stories about their life but actually teaches the kids something thru them.
i'm an estp boi who very much enjoys their Se
"why?" 😂
Can you do 16 personality when they see a super car?
One of my former teachers once told me during class to never become a teacher and honestly, being a classic INTP, he was absolutely right about that
As an after-school teacher and being an INFJ, I approve this message. 😎😌😅
"Cz it's less than 6 and more than 8"😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Your videos are hilarious :)) I'm very excited when you post something. It would be great if you did MBTI as parents next :)
Eva Cotelin I can try, but I’d need some kids for it tho 😂

I'm an ENFP and you legit described how I behave as a teacher. I used to work at a language school with a bunch of 10 year olds and I would bribe them by saying if we finish a lesson before the bell rings or if they behave that period, they'd get a surprise present the next period. I'd bring them Milka, tangerines, even board games but I'd also include it into a lesson. For instance if someone answered or read something correctly, they'd get a candy. Sorry not sorry 😂
My "bribe" was the students that demonstrate mastery of the key idea of the lesson gets to leave class early. Called it the "Test for Freedom".
I'm an infj and i teach middle schoolers, what you do is so me 😂😂
Elaborate ISTP more, please. Spartan laconism is definately an ISTP thing. But also finding methods and mechanisms everywhere is the main key of ISTP characteristics.
Hilarious as usual. I know I've had many of these teachers as a kid, too.
Infp, I've always wanted to be a teacher. It's all about deep breaths and get them to do something so you can have a break.
I'm ENFP but I would probably be more like the ENTP
