Bro i have a doubt, why you should remove your chrashguard if it's not directly attached to that part you have showed ? I think only those crashguard needs to be removed which are directly attached to that part where 3 bolts are located
All crash guards are attached in the same place. Zana has the worst fitting. RE guys told me that the vibration is hampered due to crash guards and so the possibility of the chassis breaking is high. That's why they recommend small crash guards by RE
Once engine becomes stress member, and attaching crash guard will create another path for forces to travel. Once that happens there might be a split of forces or addition of forces from that point. Until its studied with exact forces etc its bit tough to judge the level of forces it will undergo
It happened due to not applying proper torque on the bolt which holds the engine to the chassis. You can check abhinav bhatt detailed video . He made a video on it and spoke to RE
Royal Enfield company should study and do some research and built the bike accordingly.
Nice😂😂
RE crashguards also installed on same points. RE should have told before launch to use OEM crashguards if this was the issue.
RE is installed is different point. I guess it's just an engine guard

Another thing i noticed is that bolts are not torqued as per specifications and even mine was lose and got it torqued
👍👍👍
Isse to achi discover hai guard se eysa ho gaya to socho accident me kya hoga
I know.. 🥴🥴
Bhai jo saddle lgaya apne mtechnics ka uski quality ksi he....aur look ksa lg rha
Zana is a shitty Brand
RE will never accept a fault with their chassis...it should withstand any amount of pressure...I feel unsafe and so decided not to buy Himalayan
