Hi James, Good to see a polariser being used for interiors. I have been using one for years mainly to cut through the reflections from wooden and tiled floors as well as tables and worktops in my work.

Thanks for sharing - 100% it works a treat if the filter is high quality. 😀

As I mainly do landscapes, I use both circular polorizers and ND filters, had never thougt about using the polorizer for interiors, I'll give that a try - nice one James.

Have one but never thought to use it inside, will consider in the future. Glad you mentioned the gas pipe it looks really odd and not the best addition I was hoping (against hope) it was some form of elaborate curtain rail until I saw it going around corners.

Another great video. Never thought that CPL can have such great effect on interior shots. James, would you mind sharing which cpl filter you are currently using? Thanks.

Sorry - I have only just seen this. It's just a basic (screw in) by b&w. It's all they had here in Istanbul when it needed to be replaced last year.

Thanks, James. In answer to your question, no, I had never thought about using one inside. As a landscaper, mainly, I use it outside but find I can't use it easily on anything wider than about 40mm without having an uneven sky and never with my 24TS for the same reason.

What brand is it? It sounds like the filter is the issue. On the 24mm, I have used it outside a lot. But the filter needs to be high quality.

@@JamesKerwin It's Lee. Never gives me a colour cast but always gives me uneven coverage when I go wide.

As far as I know it's just physics and it will happen no matter the filter
