      so, now that I've had the lowering springs on for a while... I think I'm going to go with coil overs. I'm just really over the ride quality at this point. with that being said, the lowering springs are such a good bang for the buck purchase and I don't regret it.

    I have everything you have. But I’m IE stage 2. At the wheel it’s 305hp and 378lb ft of torque. RS coil packs “NGK plugs” aren’t needed just preference. Nice whip

    I recently got a 2019 Audi A4 Titanium FWD (188 hp). What mods would you recommend?
    I do want an IE Cold Air Intake, Intercooler, Downpipe, an exhaust system. But I don’t want to flash my ECU. Do you recommend it?

    • @DrivenDynamicsTV

      Yes! I would recommend all those things and if you don’t want to flash your ECU but you want a little extra pep, I’d recommend the JB4 plug in box from Burger Tuning. It makes a pretty decent difference and you can unplug it with no traces of it if you need to have your car serviced by the dealer. Check some of my older videos for numbers!

    I had H&R sport springs on my B9 for about 28k miles and the ride was so harsh after like the initial few thousand miles. I just changed them out at 70k miles for Bilstein B16 coilovers and it is much smoother and way less body roll. Did you get a quarter mile time on the IE stage 2 tune?

    What oil temp does your car usually run at. Not sure if it’s normal but mine with stage 2 and intercooler runs pretty hot

      I checked after I drove home today (about 40 mins) and it’s like just over the 190° mark so I’d say probably 210° or so and it’s 91° ambient temp today. So not too bad given the outside air temp.

    Does your car have a good amount of lag off the line when you floor it without launch control ?
    my B8.5 A4 stage 1 with only with a catback exhaust, it does 0-60 in 6.9s without launching, 5.7s with brake torque but without launch control “yet”, my main problem is that the waste gate rattles like crazy, so I’ve been told that not only it doesn’t hold the boost up top but that’s what causing my turbo lag which is horrible, but I was wondering if it could be that or it’s just how this cars are

    • @DrivenDynamicsTV
      @DrivenDynamicsTV  Год назад

      In my experience it’s just how the cars are. Like you, I can shave more than a second off my 0-60 times if I use launch control. Since I’m stage 2 as well, my RPM at launch now is 4k so when it launches, it feels like a rocket 🚀

    • @aidanhamilton9859
      @aidanhamilton9859 Год назад +1

      @DrivenDynamicsTV for the 2.0 a4 platform the only exhaust ive been actually impressed by was the ecs valved exhaust. I didn't like any if the ither options. The ecs resonated valved exhaust is quiet like stock when closed, quite a bit louder and has a good tone with the valves open. The 2.0 in my opinion is a rather odd sounding 4 cylinder. Ive put many exhausts on these cars. Most of them are too loud and sound like fart cans. Ecs got it right after their third iteration of their exhaust.
