Time for the trial!
This case is truly baffling… on so many levels.
I wholeheartedly agree 😢
If you know the circumstances there, it makes sense. It was a party house, where these kids came together with many people and strangers coming and going for months. There was also substances involved allegedly. Those people downstairs were used to all that ruckus and the screaming that went along with it. How do you tell party screaming insanity from people being murdered? Especially when it's the middle of the night and perhaps you're also intoxicated one way or another?
Agreed. Nothing about this makes sense.
@@xuxuang8574 Well to be honest im having difficulty trying to figure out why BK father flew down to meet BK an drive back home with BK instead of flying BK home leaving his car back at his college or apartment ? ? from the original report before he was arrested at his parents house ? ? if i recall BK was going to school down the road of the students college home ? ? i don't understand why BK parents didn't just fly Brian Kohberger home instead of his father flying down to drive back home with BK ? another thing that's got me puzzled is the college students roommates waiting several hours before calling police they called friends to come to the house were there roommates had been Brutally murdered who does that ? ? there's a lot that doesn't add up in my opinion ? or how about the roommates who survived 1st they were home sleeping didn't hear anything then they were not home and came home to find there friends deceased and instead of calling 911 they waited around 6 to 8 hours before calling the police and were calling friends over instead ? isn't there laws about this ? and yes i heard it was a party house with heavy traffic people in and out ?? Baffling because we don’t have all the pieces.
it's insane to me that she didn't call 911. i'd love to know what texts and calls she sent out between the time of the murders and when 911 was actually called.
I hope they reveal her text message in the trial . But I doubt it .😢
Even when she called it in. She said her roomate just wasn't waking up. She was in complete denial
Probably updated her social media first
Good point! Both survivors were ruled out almost instantly by Moscow PD for a quadruple murder, that almost never happens in big cases, especially when 911 was called 8hrs after the crime.
Her reactions aren’t totally unusual. Other survivors have behaved similar. Check out the most infamous- Richard Speck… and the survivor

I still don’t get how one person stabbed 4 ppl and 2 separate floor’s without others on the bottom floor knowing anything. You’d think the first victim would be screaming bloody murder and woke the whole house up. This case is just mind boggling
i guess the house is big enough plus the fact they were in deep sleep. it is quite weird though. i guess if the first stab was in the neck area and did damage they couldnt scream much
Agree, bc it makes zero sense.. and there is no dna in his car.
@@georgewashington3555he had 6 weeks to clean the car before being caught
Bethany was the only one downstairs. Dylan was sleeping on the 2nd floor right there next to the kitchen. Kaylee and Maddie were right above her, and Xana and Ethan were just down the small hall from her. Everybody was winding down from the night. No party people were there, and the victims were in their own rooms. You can't tell me that Dylan and Bethany didn't hear anything, or expect the noise to be from the others partying!!
@@tracycolvin7789 Presuming Kaylee and Maddie were killed first, Xana and Ethan heard whatever Dylan and Bethany heard during the top floor murders.
Thank you for posting this!! This guy is asking questions that we've all been wondering for a year now...
I will never understand why the roommate didnt call 911 when she saw a stranger in her house, especially after hearing screams.
It sounds like there weren’t any screams to be heard. Also, considering it was a party house with several college kids living there, seeing a stranger on a Saturday night probably wasn’t too alarming

It’s that 8 hours that are questionable - yet everyone reacts to trauma differently. But it’s still 8 hours! Why not call 911 - but call their friends instead.
That defense lawyers gonna have a field day with them 2
Same for me, you have 3 year olds that call 911with dead parents in front of them. She heard crying, yet could not be bothered. Wow, This isn't a decent human being!
How eerie is it that only the 4 students in the middle of the last picture taken of them were the ones murdered. It's so creepy to know they'd be dead less than 24 hrs. later!
I wonder if Brian saw that picture and then heard that Kaylee was leaving and decided to move in on the house because he thought Maddie would be alone on a floor and that he could easily take out three people but it turned out to be 4. He's sick
She had already moved out. She had just returned, to visit, when this happened. If anything, it's more likely that this happened when it did, BECAUSE she was back.
For me, the whole trauma response doesn’t make sense. If she saw the murders taking place, saw one of the victims on the floor bleeding or saw him standing there with a knife that would illicit a trauma response. But she didn’t actually see anything or hear anything in particular did she? She saw a man Standing in the hallway at night, but as college students there’s always strangers in the home. Maybe not always that late at night, but still it doesn’t seem like he didn’t threaten her or she didn’t see anything actually happen, so to lock yourself in a room for eight hours, when you didn’t know anything actually took place seems odd
"as college students there’s always strangers in the home." Not usually at 4 AM.
Seeing somone in your apartment is not traumatic it shows how.many people went through that building..nothing more
There is so much about this case that makes zero sense
When a case is solves properly, it is simple, and easy to explain. These rookie cops have solved noting.
It will be difficult for witnesses to testify to incriminate Bryan while avoiding entangling themselves with the case by not calling the police about the murder for so long.

He said that cuz he’s a narcissist psycho with a toddler like mentality where he doesn’t wanna feel singled out and therefore more easily exposed. He wants to blend in, he wants others to blame in case he gets caught.

There's just too many coincidences in this case that would have had to happen for me to believe he's innocent. Bryan just so happened to be at/near the crime scene not long before it happened? And he just so happened to be there not long after it happened? And he just so happened to turn off his cell phone during the time of the murders? And it just so happened that an identical car to his drove away from the crime scene? And it just so happened that an eyewitness inside the house identified someone with bushy eyebrows similar to his? And it just so happened that his DNA was on the knife sheath that killed 4 people? I have an open mind, but the defense has a tough hill to climb with this one...
4 people on different levels. No noise and only touch DNA. No trace of DNA outside or blood trail. Do you see a problem here???
I've been interested in the zodiac case for years. There are about 20 suspects for that, each with an astounding level of coincidental circumstantial evidence against them. Way more than against Kohberger for this.
It can't be all of them.
In my book that makes them not a coincidence anymore. It’s called evidence. I dk t care if it’s circumstantial or physical. It’s evidence.

Remember, we DO NOT know ALL the evidence yet.
I also wonder why the 911 call hasn't be released yet, what is on it that can't be shared now they have had a suspect arrested
The 911 call wasn't even about the murders. It was about dylan collapsing in the driveway. But yeah, zero reason to not release it.

Freeze is a trauma reaction.
Freeze doesn't text with the only other surviving roommate.
The "not calling the police till noon" point sounds odd, until you consider that these are college students who are partying *every* single weekend...

Who cries after being punctured/pierced/torn/stabbed to the point of death? If there was only one perpetrator and the victims were in pairs, one of each pair would have screeched in utter terror while the other was brutalized. No DNA in his car or his Apt. Even if he cleaned everything thoroughly how could a trace not be found?
No, the call time has no bearing, the two surviving roommates were asleep. Why would he have their DNA on him, it didn't sound like there was that much blood, when he left there was no blood trail, he may have had some blood on his stabbing hand and on the knife, or he could have wiped the blade and had minimal on his hand. Then he exits behind the house climbs the hill and gets in the car, or he pulls off a layer of clothes there, either way he leaves and dumps the knife and clothes on his extended drive that night.
I am not at all blaming the roommates and fully aware that they did not make that call. A friend of one of the victims did.. The trial will have the details. I am only shocked to say the least that some type of DNA or traces of evidence was left in the house, car or apt.

Stripped the car of blood etc... that was a PARTY house. People came and went. Dylan may have been creeped out - but she was tipsy and just locked her door and went to bed. People need to lay OFF OF HER
You make it sound so easy to remove all traces of blood from a vehicle.
"Stop blaming the woman... focus on the MAN!!"
- translated from Feminist to English
Unless you were there you don’t know more than anyone else. Everything you mentioned are assumptions. 🤦🏻♀️
No Dylan needs to answer why it took 8 hours. She was well enough to text Bethany many times.
So you were there and saw it all ???
Would BKs car data show if his car was being driven or parked between 4 and 5am?
Did it have gps?
I would think so@@zzz7zzz9
😢 I still do NOT understand WHY one of the female college students left alive. DID NOT call the Police for about 7.5 or 8 hours after the 4 college students were ficiouslly and horrifically murdered by being stbbed to death, that is, murdered. Why were the 2 college students' friends invited over much sooner. I think Paul's friend called the Police? There is theory that drug dealers had all 4 students murdered and the 2 living students called their friends go clean up the scene before calling the Police.
Nice sharing Vidio.. Very useful and useful God bless you Greeting from Indonesian traditional gold prospecting 🇮🇩🌸👍👍
I'm relieved he remains locked up no matter how long till trial. It is circumstantial evidence that has been publicized, just him cleaning his car & packaging his trash in his parents' house is enough proof he's guilty to me.
What about the knife sheath? Evidence?
Touch DNA- absolutely dripping with reasonable doubt. Not a help.
Never heard of anyone being killed with a knife sheath
Well they have proof he bought one and a knife off Amazon just like that around seven months before the murders. It will be interesting if he produces it in the trial since he has been in jail all this time.
Witnesses NOW? Offs.
the sound on this video is so low
What nobody ever brings up is the putrification of blood over time. Blood turns with an atrocious metallic smell that is overwhelming in just hours. After hour 4...it wouldn't even be tolerable to be in that house. There was so much blood at this scene that it was literally oozing out the side paneling of the house itself. You certainly wouldn't have been able to sleep through that overwhelming putrification. It would have been through the entire house unbearable. There's no way anyone in the house wouldn't have known. No way for anyone to sleep through such fume permiation. No shot.
Maybe why the doors were left open? And also to throw off the timeline by cooling the victims?
I beg to differ being a mortician but, you are entitled to your opinion.
Meh... The attention span of Gen Z girls is pretty low. I could see them not noticing a smell or ignoring... Even that smell...
Not if your door was closed . Also the blood oozing out of house was debunked . Blaming the victim is ridiculous.
@@jonmurphy4889 then you've never smelled it then. Ask anyone who has. It's preoccupyingly overwhelming - not "just" a smell
I am interested in the Kohberger/Kopacka link, and the Drug house behind 1122 King Rd. Apparently the path goes up the hill past the sliding door to the house behind.
Makes NO SENSE that the girl who saw an alleged perpetrator did not call 911. SCREAMS were allegedly heard- NO CALL. AND when other students made the call for the girl, they stated, "someone is unresponsive." COME ON... that's BS. There was MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF BLOOD everywhere. 4 young, healthy students (living on 2 different floors), bludgeoned by one person with a knife 🔪... and NO DNA in car or anywhere in his apartment. SOMETHING'S AMISS!! AND why was the 1st floor skipped??! If that MORTENSON girl testifies as a witness, the defense attorney is going to SHRED HER!! 8 hours of time ⏲️ goes by B 4 calling 911. That's a LOT of F****NG TIME!
Immediately i'm a man and I would have called
Sometimes it's not right. I don't believe that that police department had charged somebody falsely and put him in prison before with false evidence
@@dbrown6807 I don't believe that either... but something's just not right.
That police department had put somebody in prison which they lied about this person a while back and there was a lawyer that had got the person out of prison
I actually think that lawyer that he has she's the one that done that
And what about the ladder? Leading up to Xanas room with foot prints on blood outside her window?
Key word is ... motive.
Motive is never the issue and in fact is not an issue at all legally speaking.
It's always a issue.
Motive does not have to be proven or even explained, in any case.
I think drugs were involved & was a hired hit. He may have been involved with others buying drugs from one of the survivors that has been rumored to have been distributing for her boyfriend. Could explain why he had reportedly been by pinged around the house 11 times.
@@KT-fm7dt: Interesting theory. You’re suggesting that he was a drug user who was hired to kill all his dealer’s housemates? Who do you think hired him? A rival dealer?
RUclips has nerve to add more ads when the lip-sync is so off!
So far, I think this is going to be a very tough case to prove, so far, there is no weapon, there is no motive and there is no connection between him and the victims.
his dna is there lol wdym
My personal opinion is that he did it, but I think some unconstitutional and illegal tricks were used to pin him as the suspect.
@@psyoperatorsame
@@musselmanmedia5236 Prosecution continues to refuse to release the full DNA search and details specifically used to match the DNA to Kohberger.
You don't need a motive . I think they have tons of evidence.
The phone was also switched off right at the time of the murders and switched back on after the murders.
I’m not convinced he’s the killer
There’s so much stuff that is not there that makes me suspicious
No finger print, no hair
Nothing under the victims nails
Nothing in his car and appartement after a very messy crime with a lot of blood.
The cell phone thing is bs
He planned it with going with his own car
And why not leave the cell phone home
Weird
Yep. Nothing we have seen so far proves anything. I want to see something solid that physically ties him to the murders. There were a ton of people around that area. They cleared them all?
Lol
It’s weird because he’s weird.
i agree. they need some type of DNA, video evidence or something. @@pamelasmith6221
Coverall clothing will prevent a victim from scratching and nothing will be under nails. How about the Dickies coverall he bought? He had time to clean up when he took the long way home. He studied criminology. He knows all the tricks. He was obsessed with at least one of the victims and also with murder
How come there no blood on the knife Sheth
We don’t know that there wasn’t victims’ blood on the knife sheath, there very well may have been
Why did the victims stay in the house after seeing the bodies? I would’ve ran out of the house scared the murderer would kill me next.
How did they know the murderer wasn’t still in the house hiding or coming back to kill them too?
Instead, they stayed in the house waiting for friends to come over before calling the police.
I have the same exact questions.
They ran out into the front parking area. There is zero evidence that they stayed in the house once they came out of their rooms in the morning.
There is no reason to think they stayed in the house after finding the bodies. We don’t know that they found the bodies before the friends came over, that’s 100% speculation. The bodies very well could’ve been discovered after the friends arrived
Dude lied when he said the guy was in the area around the time of the murderers. First he claims his phone pings put him there. Then he goes on to say his phone was turned off between 2:50 and 4:45. How did they get pings from his phone around 4:20 if the phone was off?
His eyes are soo creepy....
more creepy than 2 killer roommates?
Being creepy isn't a crime.
I do think there are at least Five physical witnesses One being a neighbor.
“Not very muscular” was not part of the original witness statement that I recall. This is recent. Originally it was “athletic build” only, because it caused so much confusion as Brian doesn’t exactly look athletic.
athletic built doesn't mean the same thing as muscular. This is the original statement, it has been released to public since the beginning.
He does look athletic, and he ran 6 miles a night. That sounds very athletic to me.
Exactly show your work
Why “former” PhD student. Can’t he take correspondence courses?
Early Christmas morning around 3:30am I woke up to dogs barking and the sound of a woman screaming bloody murder and gasping for air and screaming again. I do live in an otherwise peaceful and safe neighborhood. I woke up my husband and lifted the window and he said yes that’s a woman screaming. I called 911. While waiting on the police to arrive I called the police station and I was the only one to call them. WTH? No one else heard her? No one else thought to call for help? It’s very strange. The cops showed up to my home and we talked and they said this woman was crying out in pain because her children were taken away due to her drug use. Her mother took them away. Thankfully nothing gruesome or sad like she could have found her husband dead in his sleep and was freaking out. I didn’t know the scenario, but I’m glad that I’m on high alert.
That is so scary to see the killer and just being so scared not knowing what to do. You say to call 911 but you never know your body's response until it happens.
She's hiding something.
I think she was probably passed out from doing drugs out of her mind. Eight hours come
You don't wait Is eight hours to call long enforcement with crazy
If she might have been wacked out by on some kind of drug or alcohol that night
This will come out when that defense lawyer gets her understurn on the sam, the truce of it
Like him being the door dasher?
