unknown myth just did our first 10k month last month. Got into Jordan’s affluent academy. It was ok, the ads stuff is solid, the appointment setting and sales stuff is awful (in my opinion). I signed 0 clients using there methods, never got the refund either cause I got corona and didn’t hold my end of the bargain up for two days with the cold calls (not really mad, it was only like $750 or something - but still is annoying)
Don’t want to be too mean here in his comments as he kicked me out of the private Facebook group with 0 explanation for telling a member how I didn’t get much out of it when they asked what others experiences have been.
Regardless, I’ve found success in this business model and it’s hard as hell but I love it.

Thanks, Jordan for the wonderful video. Watching it right after I got my 1st client, I have been running ads only for personal pages, so didn't need to use the Business manager. Now I think it's time to get into it.
Hi Jordan, I prefer for them to create an ad account and give me access most of the time rather than adding them as an employee on my business manager. What is the benefit of adding them as an employee over them giving you the access? Or is this just personal preference of the advertiser? Enjoyed your video by the way not trying to criticise just wondering! :)
If you have employers in your agency and you dont do everything by yourself they would need to ad every employer. With this method you can give your employers access to your business manager and they will automatically have access to the ad account.

Thank you so much! This is the most detailed tutorial I've watched on this subject. I've done everything that was explained. I see the client in my business manager. I have admin access to the page and ad account but I can't see the client when i go to "ads manager". When I click on ads manager it goes to my own business account. So my question is: Do I post the ad for the client under the umbrella of MY business account? And if I do won't it charge my credit card instead of theirs? Thanks for any help I can get :) Is there a next step video?
I figured it out! In business manager go to ad accounts and add yourself as a "person" there. In case anyone else is having issues with that ;)

You can make a series of screenshots to help and guide your client through the whole process of "how to make an ad account" and ask them to paste the ad account ID afterwards the account is made..... It would make everything alot easier for and your client while setting up the payment method.

You have said that For getting the admin access to our clients's page , we need to add them as friends in our personal profile , but if I don't want to add them to my personal profile and I dont want them to see my personal posts or other details what should i do to get the admin access to their Business Page

If they have a Business Manager Account then you have to add them as Partners in Business Settings of your Business Manager. If they are an individual who will work in your Business Manager then add them as people in your Business Settings.

Please I have an important question. Must the billing information of the client the same with ads manager's name. For example if the name of the company is RRS LLC, must the billing cardinformation the same with that or they can enter their personal card instead of their business credit card

Hey great video! What is the process if I’m outsourcing? Do I then add an admin as an admin or do they add the outsourcer too? And would you just say it’s my team member yea?
If you're outsourcing ad management you'd still set up the client, you'd just add them as an employee to your business manager and then assign them the ad account as an advertiser

Can you create pixels and events for them or do they have to create it for themselves? Are there any prior permissions that they need to give to manage pixels and events?

great video but i have been facing a problem lately. my friend and i started a business together and we live in 2 different countries. everything was going fine until we made an ad account. since my friend is responsible for ad payments and im for running ads. my ad account is disabling again and again. it says card details do not match the location. what is the solution for that cuz only his card can be added for ads payment method

I gather he is instructing us to ask for admin permission to BOTH the Business Page and the Personal Profile. I knew to ask for admin permission for my client's Business Page, but not their Personal Profile, which I now have. Not sure why I need both other than it makes using the mobile app easier.

I've been granted a Admin role though. Is there a maximum number of clients I can work with and thus have under one business manager account? I’ve been seeing that you can only have a maximum of 5 ad accounts in one business manager account, but what happens if we have more than 5?

What if I ask the client for their business management account access first, I think I will have access to all their assets right? I mean I will have access to all their pages and ad accounts
Nice video, do you know how to see if a companies page is currently running ads on FB as the feature to do this has now disappeared?
You can use pixel helper on Google chrome to see if they have a pixel installed on their site. Also if they have an ad account then they are running or have run ads previously.

I wouldn't, as Facebook don't like people having multiple accounts!

If your client already has an Ad account t and has run ads before, once they give you access to set up and run their ads, after you do all that will they be able to see the ad history and interests and all the info what we used to set up that ad? Say they give us a retainer each month but decide to quit, can they run / edit that same ad we created for them?

Just landed my first client, been stuck trying to add their page to my business manager all day but I've just read this:
'To add a Page to Business Manager, you must also have been an admin on the Page for more than seven days. If you aren't an admin on the Page, you'll have to request access to the Page.'
Which is news to me and might be a new update? I'm not sure

Hey Jordan. I think I know the answer to this but....even when you have Admin rights to someone's Page, you still need to get access/rights to their Ad account? It seems strange since in the description under Admin rights, it says that you can run ads with these rights.
I was struggling with this too, I think I worked it out but I'm not 100%

You'd be paying extra taxes in that case. This video is good because you don't pay any extra taxes.
Why Admin as a Page Role for my private Facebook Profile, for me, as an advertiser? My client would be more comfortable to select "Advertiser" or even "Editor", but not admin.. Can you explain?

you need him to request acces for your agency page/ and profile and then you're set to make ads etc

Hey Gergõ, you need to have spent money & then paid it off on your first Ad Account before Facebook will give you anymore. However, when it comes to clients you do not need multiple ad accounts as you should get each client to add you to their business manager instead.

I had this exact problem last year, the unfortunate truth is you have to make a new FB account :( I emailed and emailed FB saying that I needed my ad account for my business etc and they had no care! So I made a new FB. But here's the thing, be careful when you make a new account because if you make a new account and open an ad account straight away FB sting you for doing so and put your account on probation instantly.

Signing up my 1st client and we've been struggling back n forth, until I came across your video. Now they indeed have no ad account I've created on like you've instructed my question is I created it the ad acct. using their business page name to match is that goo? They still need to enter their payment. I just want to be in facebook compliant regulations.

I'm having trouble with permissions. In trying to give my client Admin access to the biz page, I"m getting this, "a partner shared this asset with your business and assigned specific permissions. You can only use the permissions they assigned." Is this something they did on their end, or is it because I'm not the Admin on my own companies FB page? Thanks
