brilliant - you know how many other things other professionals would have checked and experimented with but sometimes it is just simple things no one would ever think of checking. I got a similar issue but I need to trial and error with the basics ( mine does this without the airbox pipes on so unfortunatley need to keep looking )

@@intelligentauto737 that’s right I forget. I had a bmw 3.0 with same symptoms 3 coils were bad. Crazy to see symptoms can be the same but could be air filter, nice work my friend

Just brilliant, auto electrician changed everything but forgot to think of air filter 😹
Had exactly the same fault on a Nissan qashai that hadn’t been serviced for a very long time. The air filter was so blocked it had collapsed.
