    My tenant broke our lease 8 months before it expired then she did not give a 30-day notice also she turned the keys in but not to me she left them in the house and let me know that they were there and she left. But she also happened smoking in the house the house is so fumigated with cigarette smoke it is so strong I don't know how long it's going to take me to get rid of it and in the lease it says no smoking in the house also not just that but in the lease it also said upon return of the keys at the end of the lease she would get her full deposit back so she left before any of that so where do I stand
