I studied conga briefly with Lyle back in 96 and it was a great experience. Drumming helped me relax and allowed me to deal with stress much better. Thanks Lyle! You've likely helped tens of thousands!

thank you for sharing this link Lyle, you have a way to guide us into a focused space of calm and joy. I still remember the time in Naramata and the unexpected encounter with you when my 14 years old son was at Children's Hospital in Vancouver, keep up the good work, continue to spread the positive energy.

Hi Julie, ...long time! Thank you! It is truly a joy to 'bump into' people unexpectedly throughout our lives. I hope we bump into each other again... just not at Children's Hospital (smile)

Lyle: I have attended two of your sessions. Awe-some !! Especially since somewhere I became convinced this was beyond me and my comfort zone.

Thank you Jesse! Yes I would guess that few of us are left unscathed by the messages that we can't do it or aren't good enough. So liberating to turn those beliefs around. Appreciate your great message!

Lyle, you would also make a wonderful snake charmer :-) You were the consummate pro and made the task of energising 2000 look so easy. It was a pleasure to see you in action.
