Haha when your fighting that guy, and Hans is in the background going, "kick him in his arse! Kick him in his balls!" That whole mission is pretty hilarious
I love Lord Hans. He is so snobby and high on his horse at the first glance . But as you get to know him you will learn, that maybe he ain’t so bad. And he keeps his word. I had some really great moments with him and Henry. Love the game.
kubel83 indeed. There is no real evil people in the game and that i love. Hans capon is so arrogant but slowly he becomes more human and henry and him starts getting along but still he is the same snob as before. Great script and great voice acting 👌👌
Antti Ratinen so true indeed. I have laughed so many times because of the great script and acting. One of the times was early in the game when Henry is being recruited as a soldier, and the drunk priest says “how can a peasant be a soldier?” And he then he gets pulled down by the lordship “Well we made a priest out of a pig didn’t we” I literally dropped my controller laughing from that one😂 I love this game so much.
kubel83 Did that part just yesterday, yet it feels like an age. Back then my Henry was a weak kiddo, now I can take on multiple Cuman's and Wayfaring Knights lol.
That's what I initially thought but like the witcher this has a focused story. And hopefully there will be characters that stick with me along the way. I do like Skyrim, but the witcher is probably the best rpg I've played.
Keep in mind this is actually a crowndfunded kickstarter project with an good indie team behind it. Not CD Projekt and not even remotely Bethesda. But still people expect this to catch up to AAA-title quality and I believe it will be.
I know I'm pretty astounded at the scope of this game considering. I don't wanna get too hyped just incase, however these guys are honest and I trust them them to deliver.
Hans was one one of the very, very few times i had in a game in which a friendship felt real. (The other one obviously being Garrus) Henry and Hans just hanging out after realizing that deep down, Hans does not give a single fuck about status beyond appearance. This entire game was special. It didn´t make me play "my" character. I´m Henry of Skalitz from the company of Sir Radzig Kobyla. This character felt so, so natural and real. 10/10 will replay.
Looks a bit unfinished yeah. But remember, it has the potential to make history, as the first real Medieval RPG. So make history Warhorse Studios, and release it only when it is 100% completed. We can't wait !!!!
Well to be honest it's a little unfinished even now. To me this is a prime example of an unpolished diamond. Can't wait to see what they'll do with the next one
@João M. I don't agree. W1 is still a great game that has an amazing story, ost, atmosphere. I prefer it over the second one. Writing, ost, atmosphere was better.
I think the development of Hans Capon's story is one of the best I've seen in a video game. It felt so natural and so well done that I feel as if I (as Henry) truly experienced it in an incredibly realistic way. Such a lovely game with a brilliant story.
Hans capon is my fav char in the game. He came off as a bit of a cunt in the beginning but quite a good character. And he's fckin hilarious. "My lord! This yokel is emptying his piss pot in my yard.." lol
Keep up the astonishing work, i find it so awesome that a game company is putting this much love into historically accurate game, although i almost guarentee there will be a few things they will 'miss' and some one will point it out, but dont be dissheartened
A year ago I had a mate who loved these types of games, and I myself thought the game was pretty cool, but, like the bro that I am, decided to buy him the game first on steam for Christmas. He is such a sucker for immersion that his first playthrough was on hardcore mode. Needless to say he had blast playing Henry as a conniving thief and poacher, who would eventually become a much more lawful. But here's the kicker. :) He has a dnd campaign of his own making, based on a novel he himself is writing. He liked Hans so much that he added him as an NPC in our adventures, and we got to meet a dwarven variant of Sir Hans Capon. He is STILL one of the best characters we interacted with on the city we found him at. There is not a single player in our group who does not immediately smile when they get a new chance to meet with Hans. :D And now, some weeks ago, I started playing KCD (free at Epic store), and I finally discovered his inspiration. xD I have since fell with the game, became a complete fanboy of Warhorse Studios, have purchased all dlcs, AND I'm helping out with the fandom wiki. So thank you, Warhorse, and thank you Mr Dale, for creating this beautiful masterpiece. The game would not be the same without either developers or actors who played their part in this. :) Oh, and lest I forget: *please allow us, in the sequel, to spend more time with Hans Capon, recruit him as a companion, and maybe even considering Co-Op with a friend.* :D Jesus Christ be praised. ;)
Kcd was an absolute masterpiece, just everything about is perfect except how it ends pretty early and abruptly, but other than that if you have some money and you like medieval rpg games, Kind Come Deliverance is the game for you.
the game released recently and i must say, lord capon is one of my favorite characters in a game in so long, he is the most developed character if you ask me, i hope we see dlc with him having a lot of screentime
I like Lord Hans Capon so much that I start reading the history document about him, what a badass person but he died too young (according to historical) :'( I hope they gonna make the season 2 of this game.
I need no TV. I need no shows. All I need is a good, re-playable for months game I can sink my every time off into. It's been a decade, at least, but hooo boy, did KCD get me in to binge gaming again. What an absolute masterpiece. They do not make games like this anymore. I love fantasy. I love sci-fi. Those are my genres for RPG's. This? Absolutely enough and gorgeous in the way it was done. I am in love with KCD.
Sequel be VERY interesting i hope Hans Capon does NOT die like i have a feeling he will but I hope he dosn't. Also i hope our stat levels we leveled up remain 20 and increase the cap to like 40 or you know we can import our saved data to the sequel
Your character glitched my quest line. He got on his horse for the hunting quest, then he saw a dead body and ran to get the guards, and never got back on his horse. I had to load a previous save.
One of the good character development on Kingdom Come. First you think he's a snobbish young Lord, but he's actually a decent one, and well, one of the best character afterwards.
I saw the armor layering video and thought that it would be really cool if they deliver what they say they want to. Even if my first thought was that they might just be biting more than can chew. So when watching this video and seeing in a short time pretty many texture clippings i'm really starting to think that going with my gut is maybe not such a bad idea. I'll believe it when i'll see it. Looking forward for this game but not going to jump at it until some time after its launch...
He reminds me SO MUCH of Arthur from the TV show Merlin :D I love how the connection between Henry and Hans is similar to Merlin and Arthur. Low peasant boy earns the favor of the snobby but good hearted noble :')
He has some of the best lines in the game too.
"I was nearly drowned by Arse'N'Balls!"
xD I thought I'd hate Hans when Henry first meets him, turns out hes the best character in the game after Radzig
But arse'n'bal....erhm, Archibald tried to drown me!
Haha when your fighting that guy, and Hans is in the background going, "kick him in his arse! Kick him in his balls!" That whole mission is pretty hilarious
I laughed so hard when he said that line with that grin and the characters laughed too, i felt so immersed !
@@greywolf7206 you have forgotten about pope in Uzhitz
I love how Capon starts out as a very dislikable character and as the story processes he and Henry become best mates
I see it as Henry and Capon were both arrogant boys in the beginning and as the game progresses they grow up to be kind of like brothers
Their relationship looks like Merlin and Arther in the BBC serie Merlin
I see spoilers in everewere
"Blacksmiths boy!"
so true! Capon is such a likable guy but seems arrogant and dumb in the beginning. all about perspective
I love Lord Hans. He is so snobby and high on his horse at the first glance . But as you get to know him you will learn, that maybe he ain’t so bad. And he keeps his word. I had some really great moments with him and Henry. Love the game.

kubel83 That part got me as well 😂👌
kubel83 Did that part just yesterday, yet it feels like an age. Back then my Henry was a weak kiddo, now I can take on multiple Cuman's and Wayfaring Knights lol.
Giant Dad very nice mate. Yes he is a noob at everything in the beginning. So did you go with swords, maces or?
One of my favorite characters so far, being around 40 hours in.
A Noble family just isn't complete without a good-looking yet arrogant son.
"I used to play Runescape"
Jan Ptáček of Pirkstein, 2017
0:35 the bathhouse scene.. spending around an hour of gameplay as an errand boy and loving every minute of it lol
Hans is a bro.
I bet he drinks Natty Lights
He's a little bro. Scheeming asshole that abuses his place in the heirarchy, but you love him anyways.
"I used to play Runescape" suddenly I connect to him on a metaphysical level
I don't remember when did I wait for the game so impatiently as this one. So much tease with amazing work and art you put in. Kudos Warhorse Studios
I'm getting witcher vibes in terms of characters and personality but set in a real medieval world. That's a bloody great thing! I can't wait.
Back in 2014 everyone compared KC: D to Skyrim. No many compare it to the Witcher 3.
Sounds good to me.
That's what I initially thought but like the witcher this has a focused story. And hopefully there will be characters that stick with me along the way. I do like Skyrim, but the witcher is probably the best rpg I've played.

I agree on the hype point. I painfully remember Assassins Creed: Unity. Eventhough The Witcher was as good as excpected
Watching this makes me smile. You all are great actors. Making this game come alive.
Hans got a amazing character development in the game history! At first, he is a pain in the ass, them he becomes a great and fun friend.
Just keep em coming! getting hyped
Glad I got notifications on, so excited for the game & proud to be a kickstarter supporter, much love guys!
Schneids1001 did you get Henrys sword ??
Hans is an amazing character. Great voice acting as well.
He's even more handsome in real life, no homo
I agree. No homo
No homo
yes it is true. no homo
I love discovering these videos after having already played the game
Walked passed your studio the other day while I was on holiday visiting Prague. I only wish the best of luck in developing the game :)
the way he voiced over was quite perfect
Voice acting in this game is superb.
Hans was one one of the very, very few times i had in a game in which a friendship felt real. (The other one obviously being Garrus)
Henry and Hans just hanging out after realizing that deep down, Hans does not give a single fuck about status beyond appearance.
This entire game was special. It didn´t make me play "my" character.
I´m Henry of Skalitz from the company of Sir Radzig Kobyla.
This character felt so, so natural and real.
10/10 will replay.
Sir Hans has come to see us!
I cant wait anymore
The most adorable little lord LOL I couldn’t take his insults seriously!
Looks a bit unfinished yeah. But remember, it has the potential to make history, as the first real Medieval RPG. So make history Warhorse Studios, and release it only when it is 100% completed. We can't wait !!!!
because it is unfinished ;) :D
Don't you mean:
We CAN wait?!
:)

Really liked the Capon character! first he qas a bit arsehole but later on hes one of my fav!

STELLAR job folks. Loving every minute of it.
Great job on playing Hans. One of the best characters.
Love this game! Can't wait for KCD-2 to come out this year!
Hans is one of my favorite characters! Nice job Luke Dale :) :)
Ahhhh I'm so excited! You guys are going to knock it out of the park with this game, I can't wait for the release.
Hans capon is my fav char in the game. He came off as a bit of a cunt in the beginning but quite a good character. And he's fckin hilarious. "My lord! This yokel is emptying his piss pot in my yard.." lol
Runescape! :D
best mmo ever made

Cannot wait for this game to release! You've all done such a good job, well done it's truly impressive.
I learned of this game a few years ago in my game informer and was instantly drawn in
Praise the hype!
I really feel like the game is getting the atmosphere and character immersion I was really hoping for! Keep up the good work WHS!
Just finished the hunt! What an experience. Hans voice actor is fucking amazing! I struggle a lot but love this game.
I´m really looking forward to this game! I can´t wait anymore.
Runescape was awesome, back in the days. :)
He was my favorite character. This game is so good.
Even though Hans is arrogant, I kind of liked his character. He and Henry remind me of Arthur and Merlin from the bbc show "Merlin"
I slept on this game for a while, but now that I've finally played it, all I want is a sequel
What a great game, something id love to play for years. Looking forward to KCD 2 :)
I f*ckin’ love this game. Best thing I bought this year. So glad I took a chance, which I never do with games usually
I CANT WAIT FOR KINGDOM COME 2 JUST SAYIN
Great performance, favorite character and he played runescape haha
Gosh, even in real life, he sounds like a pampered prince... I love this guy.
Hans is a type of guy who is hated by everyone but eventually become their best friend.
Thanks guys for the amazing game!
So ready for this game!

HAH! i love the tub scene!
From the moment he made Henry run along beside his horse like a fucking moron I loved this dude lmao
I'm playing the game and he's my favorite character so far. Lovable jerk.
One of my favorite characters period
This game is going to be epic! Remember, it will be all a before and after KINGDOM COME: DELIVERANCE.
Greetings from Argentina!
I always want to write "Don't cry for me Argentina", but who would cry for me? :D Maybe cryengine xD
xDDD Barney Gumble said "Do not cry for me, I'm already dead!"
By far my favourite character in the game
Kcd was an absolute masterpiece, just everything about is perfect except how it ends pretty early and abruptly, but other than that if you have some money and you like medieval rpg games, Kind Come Deliverance is the game for you.

I like Lord Hans Capon so much that I start reading the history document about him, what a badass person but he died too young (according to historical) :'( I hope they gonna make the season 2 of this game.

been looking at the interviews now after the game's release, is it just me or they originally had henry and hans hair's swapped?
so weird hearing him not calling me a peasent
I bought a new computer to be able to play this game.
Very hyped!
this guy used to fucking play runescape of course you know this is gonna be gold

Kjell Dedeyne yeah its verry nice do i know you ? your name is verry femilier ps love your video's ps sorry for my English mate
I'm glad that they changed his hair in the end
The graphics in this game are incredible.
i always mistakenly read his name as Hans Coupon
The BEST Lord Capon!!!!
lol he looks like a Lord in real life
best voice and character honestly. Really outshined the other actors
"I used to play runescape".. Little does he know nobody ever quits runescape. You just take breaks.
I like the Cast of Kingdom Come Deliverance.
Love this game. He's the second-best Hans, after me.
Your character glitched my quest line. He got on his horse for the hunting quest, then he saw a dead body and ran to get the guards, and never got back on his horse. I had to load a previous save.
00:40 shooting manure :D
