I got the ridge wallet and was disappointed. The forged Pacific design is awesome however and I really like it but the there's unfortunately no card deployment feature.

Metal wallet sucks. I'm done after owning Trayvax, Aviator, Akeeni. They are destroys your cards long term
this is strange , there are eventually people who use it long term and has no such trouble, maybe on cheaper knock offs, but to have such problem on ridge or aviator seems unlikely
@@Kaiserschlacht1 i've had aviator for a year in a half. The plates started moving around. Not worth the price.

@@Kaiserschlacht1 Not sure it was the elastic, it was more of the plates moving around not sure if it wad the elastic causing that or not, BUT like I said cool wallet but not worth the price. If you carry 8-10 cards your going to have that issue in the long term.
@@FRONTchard Thanks for advice, if i understand right it seems like your wallet is bit loose, it seems that either elastic was at larger setup for more cards than you carried or if you had acrylic frame, the holes drilled in it were bit loose which if i understand right acrylic parts are not covered by their special warranty (whether if its lifetime or whatever) ...
sad to hear this , i bought ridge a year ago and after 4 months i had to change elastic for it was too stretched, i used wallet fully loaded just as ridge claims the maximum should be, i used clip and found out that since banknotes are exposed and i carry wallet a lot in backpack where it rattles everywhere, the notes were bit damaged depending on how durable notes were so i changed it to strap and ill see, in the meantime i got secrid miniwallet at nice discount and imo its better and way more convenient overall at protecting and working with banknotes, cards or carying coins with way less of a chaos when it comes to make some payment 😀 especially if you love leather and made in EU products at fair price, im impressed by its quality, anyway ill take ridge back for sure since its okay for like trips and stuff where leather wallet could get wet or damaged
