I doubt there is any czech dubbing, but certainly czech subtitles can be found. I'd recommend searching the internet for popular streaming and movie/show websites used in europe, for which you would probably need a VPN to use, and from there czech subtitles shouldn't be hard to find. Me I'm trying to find books

Ahoj Lucasi! You can watch them on HBO, Česká televize or Tv Nova, but you'd need the VPN indeed.
