Here's something I learnt the hard way - my first couple of experiences riding on a cold night, especially when it was wet, made me choose between getting rain inside my visor if I opened it a crack, or blocking the rain only to have it fog up on every breath! During a cold day, maybe I could get by opening the visor a crack or using temporary hacks like toothpaste or commercially available visor treatments. But now I swear by Pinlock visor inserts which reduce fogging a lot. My first helmet was an AGV which had the pins to connect a Pinlock insert but that was an optional extra. My 2 most recent helmets were Shoei's which came packaged with them.
Thanks for sharing this. This is a great thing to be aware of and a problem many riders will face. I've had a couple Icon helmets and was fortunate that the visors were anti-fog.
Quite strange since I did not ride this week (december 15 to december 21), there has been 3 vehicular accidents in my area and ~one casualty. They hit concrete barrier at midnights.
The real question is, who's your all-time favorite Batman actor?
For me it's Michael Keaton

I know your in Colorado but I’m in Maryland and wanted to ask how you become a MSF instructor?
You can find info on the Motorcycle Safety Foundation website! Should be a link there that says something like Become an Instructor.
