Thankyou so much for your input . I do watch your videos . In around 2013 I started my first juice experience and it was your video that brought me to the omega vert . I really enjoy your videos and comparisons on juicers . It’s a big help in finding a good juicer so Thank you so much
Like John, I have been juicing for over ten years because I love fresh juice. Currently, I have REVO and J2 too, and also Sana727. All of them are good juicers! This is my preference after using them for months. - For a large amount of juice, J2 is good, as shown in the video. For juice for 1-5 people, REVO is way better because you can make juice immediately. I like to drink the juice right after juicing over stored juice in a refrigerator. I believe drinking right after juicing is the best! taking longer time means more oxidation. - For wheatgrass, Sana is the best. It is way better than others. The second is REVO. The third is J2; I cannot make juice from wheatgrass with J2. - So as you know, slow juicers are suitable for pulpy juice with more nutrition. If you like pulp-free juice, centrifugal juicers are much better. I prefer Kuvings. It is my personal opinion, and I hope it is helpful.
Thanks for sharing your experiences Brian. Each person will have their own experiences, and personal likes and dislikes in juicers for sure. That being said, most people wont be like you and me, and able to own several different juicers, and have a different juicer for each specific situation (Which really is the best). Most people will only purchase one juicer, and they want that ONE juicer to "do it all". that is why I make videos to show people how each machine works and the pros and cons of each juicer. These days if not juicing for videos, I use the Nama J2 90% of the time, and will sometimes use the Sana 727 as the juicer I use 2nd most. I find the REVO830 cumbersome to clean, I personally dont like extra pulp in the juice (granted, it would be likely better to drink it) and would rather use the J2 myself.
Nama juicers are actually a re-badged made-in-China Hurom. Hurom OEMs all the Nama machines. Nama does NOT actually manufacture anything, it's just a marketing company relying on Joe Cross’ fans and following.
Thank you for your reply John! J2 has more parts and area to clean, such as the big hopper and the blade inside of that hopper so it takes longer time to clean J2 in my experience. For me, REVO is the juicer I use every day. Three types of cleaning tools included in REVO are helpful as well. I agree each person has their own preferences. Yes, pulp is good! When you introduce a new juicer, I will buy it from you again for sure! thanks again.

John I decided to order a Nama J2 and went on the Nama website and was going to use your discount code. What a JOKE their website is ! I was going to pay with my credit card and they apparently only accept pay pay and a couple of other methods of payment of which a credit card is not one as their customer service rep replied in a email. They don't accept a credit card ?????? What kind of outfit is Nama well ???? I'm ready to just skip buying a J2 and look for something else as I've never had such a problem ordering online ?? SAD SAD SAD
@@LR-je7nn I finally got the order through yesterday, I guess you have to put in all your information and proceed to checkout and then I finally saw the place where I could enter my credit card info. After that it went right through and they shipped it last night. I wrote a email to them stating it was a real pain and they should have a place for credit card right up front when you proceed to checkout, instead of the pay pal, affirm and the other one. Try again ??
I like mine too. Ppl above are stating that the parts may break within the two years. And how the other juicer is better . What do you think about that?
I am juicing celery juice every morning first thing. When I get home from work before dinner I juice anything from watermelon orange ginger and apple. I also juice purple cabbage ginger apple cucumber carrots. I saw one of your videos where you juiced a hot pepper do I did that too. I’m new to juicing and absolutely hooked!!! I think my husband is a little frustrated because juicing is very costly but I really really needed to do this because I have had one thing after another with my health. I pray that this helps me not get sick and also helps me lose weight
Hey John, you put a lot of time and passion into sharing your wealth of nutrition and juicing knowledge for what I believe to be the betterment of human life, IMO! Thank you thank you! Have you considered doing a video measuring oxygen in different juices comparing different juicers, also comparing them against traditional blending vs vacuum juicing. I think this would be an excellent objective revelatory complement to the convincing videos you’ve already put out on the matter, that no other person on youtube is doing!

Kuvings REVO830 is a life changer! Blazing fast and it processes so fast sometimes its hard to keep up feeding it. If you are cutting while feeding it will process faster than I can cut, no joke. I like the Sana but I prefer the Kuvings for convenience. It self feeds rather than having to push the produce through. 😊 It's so fast.
@@hvcool If you are looking for very high juice yield - who isn’t? - the Kuvings Revo830 is in our opinion the best-performing vertical slow juicer yet.
????John, I appreciate how detailed your info is! I like his you take about the properties of each ingredient, and then explain how to prepare the produce before feeding into the machine. Are you able to provide a list or table of how to prepare produce for juicing?
How I prepare is dependent on the item specifically. For this video: As a rule, I wash ALL produce before further processing with few exceptions. Jicama was not washed, but the skin was cut off Cabbage was unwrapped from plastic and I remove outer leaves until I find nice looking leaves that are not damaged. Grapefruit (as well as oranges/tangerines) skin is cut off, being careful to keep as much white pith as possible - skin has natural chemicals that should not be consumed in large amounts apples were washed and stem removed ginger and turmeric were washed, and ginger was sliced into 1/4" slices against the grain Bell peppers were washed and the green stems removed lemons and limes were washed Beets were washed and the top and bottom cut off. Other items generally juiced: Carrots and most root veggies are washed and the tops and bottoms cut off Romaine hearts - I usually pluck a few outer leaves until they look nice and then juice them Prewashed baby greens are removed from package and juiced. Kale usually from my garden is soaked in a 5 gallon bucket of water and then i dry and precut and juice. most items, I wash and then cut out any defects and then cut them up and juice them.
@@juschill1 never peal potatoes. That is the healthiest part. I do have a scrub brush and I am amazed at how much dirt and mud is in the bottom of the washing container when done cleaning them. Slice them up and the J2 does the rest.
Kuvings is the best among all the juicers no doubt! But I love the fact that the Nama is self feeding and you can walk away and do other things! For now I’m switching over to Hurom h400, I’m yet to find out how good that is and decide whether to stick to it or switch back to Kuvings, but hopefully some day Kubings can give us a self feeding juicer! Peace out ✌🏾 😉
John thank you for sharing this beautiful juicer Nama Juicer. Thank you, I’m convinced that the Nama Juicer is for me. I am purchasing my Nama Juicer today. Thank you I was going to purchase the Kuving Juicer but I have decided on the Nama juicer to be able to walk away. Thank you for sharing this for the New Year for healthy drinking. I enjoyed your comparison of both of the juicers
My favorite juicer now is the Nama J2. The Omega VSJ843 was dethroned once I learned how to use the Nama J2 and had time to test its durability and performance over time. See ruclips.net/video/9a9ZgbddIOE/видео.html
🤔 How wet/dry is the pulp in both the pulp containers and in the strainers. I'm sure that would play an important part. The Nama seems more for a stay-at-home person (with more personal time. 😑 I'm still trying to get over that $100 I wasted on your personally marketed juicer (about 2-3 years ago) on your website . I honestly haven't watched your videos since. I only watched this one because I'm on the market for a (good) juicer. It is the most recent of the two juicers I have in mind...although I'm going to Google the Revo to see what you all are talking about. Thank you for the video.
Sorry John, I do love your videos, very informative, but I must say, I can't believe that you can totally give an unbiased desision on the best juicers to purchase when you are getting a cut on each sale of both the Nama and the Kuvings.
Thank you soo much for your response. I really appreciate this!! As I am on a budget what would you recommend.. starting off with a juicer or blender first for my journey? I want to incorporate more greens into my diet and fruit!
For people on a budget, please be aware, low cost machines generally made in China, and generally do not have a long life expectancy and may not have a warranty or US based warranty support. That being said, for someone to get healthier, I would recommend a inexpensive vacuum blender that you can also do juicing with. See ruclips.net/video/QEjtsedIbPM/видео.html which is no longer available, but I do have a link for the same item for around $100
Hi! I just want to start with saying THANK YOU for always replying! It really means a lot as I really want to start my health journey. What I meant was at first I would only purchase a good blender OR juicer. I can’t purchase both an expensive juicer and blender as I need to save a bit more. Therefore, could you please recommend whether I should start with a expensive blender OR juicer (I want to have more greens and fruits) If I was to get one what should I get: a blender or a juicer? Thank you!
Sad day,... fresh Cranberries just became unavailable at all the markets around here. And I LIVE in one of the top cranberry growing states. They are almost the best fruits in any juicer due to their firmness and juice content. I know it has nothing to do with this episode of John's, but anyone else lamenting the end of cranberry season? So good, better than apples, to mix with carrot!
Cranberries are usually sold during thanksgiving and christmas, as they are often used then. So stores are putting them on clearance now, since most Americans do not purchase them after the holidays, which I think is sad. So visit other stores to see if they still have them available. I usually can find them into January here. and YES! they are one of the best fruits to juice! See ruclips.net/video/6fVQtQFrQjU/видео.html

My auger on my Namaj2 is stuck in the head when I click to open and I can't unstuck it...I just bought this two days ago. So how I unstuck this on my Namaj2?? This is frustrated
please reach out to Nama and they should be able to assist 1-833-253-6262 I can tell you also to turn the juicing bowl upside down and then press the stem of the auger, that should help the auger to come out.
I have not been to South Korea in some years. The juicer is made in the Same factory as the video I made many years ago. ruclips.net/video/qLLNsvJ2F1U/видео.html
Nama does not manufacture anything, they don't have a factory. It's not a technology company but a marketing company relying on Joe Cross’ fame and persona.
Hey Sharon, I'm new to juicing, but I think juices are pretty flexible from all the recipes I've seen. What about some oranges or other citrus you might like (tangerines, mandarins, etc.) Just a thought. John will probably give you much better suggestions -- but that's what I would do. :- )
Can you please tell me if parini juicer machine a good machine? I'm diabetic and my husband has high blood pressure, can't afford to buy an expensive juicer, but the parini and the nutri bullet are not to expensive, so can you tell me which one of this two machines will be best, ty
I have not tested the parini machine. Looks like a high speed machine, which I am not a fan. Please watch my current video ruclips.net/video/9xvFk18POMI/видео.html where I test a machine that looks similiar to the parini machine you mention.
Which Juicer is best for carrot juice? And I hate cutting up carrots? I’m doing the gerson therapy and trying to choose the best one for that . We use 50 pounds a week of carrots
For the Gerson therapy, they recommend a 2-stage hydraulic juicer, So that means you would want to get the pure juicer, my latest video on the Pure is ruclips.net/video/YlMvxNDEK94/видео.html You may also want to watch ruclips.net/video/90IeXYop9-s/видео.html where I share my thoughts on juicing on the gerson therapy and the effectiveness of different style juicers.
I’ve just started juicing. I can’t afford these juicers. I got the Brevile but my pulp is so wet. I feel like I’m waist IG so much! 🥹 I will say since I’ve started juicing symptoms associated with rheumatoid arthritis have greatly decreased. I need your juice cookbook.
Hey John, for the Nama J2, I’d prefer to buy through you, I just have a warranty question. Is it 15 years through you as well? And is the claims process relatively painless? Thank you so much for educating me every time I watch your videos!
The Warranty on the J2 is now 15 years on parts and motor. The claim process is painless. Just go to the nama web site, and fill out a form (or you can call or email them)
Hi! I hope you are well! Could you please recommend the best juicer and Blender combined - a bluicer (as they call it)? Or if you do not have one could you please recommend the best blender and the best juicer separately please?
I personally would not recommend a bluicer. As the current model by breville is a high speed juicer and high speed (non vacuum blender) These two machines oxidize nutrients and provide a lesser quality result, IMO. I recommend vacuum blending and slow juicing at this time. At present time I am using the Nama J2 as my go-to juicer that I use most (featured in this episode) as for a vacuum blender, I use the Kuvings CB1000 at present time (I have a beta-test version, it is not yet released in the USA market- hopefully in 2023). The best vacuum blender I offer at this time is the Dynapro vacuum blender. Or if you have a vitamix or blendtec, then watch this video for a vacuum blending solution: ruclips.net/video/O9dbDd84Ey4/видео.html
Thank you soo much for your response. I really appreciate this!! As I am on a budget what would you recommend.. starting off with a juicer or blender first for my journey? I want to incorporate more greens into my diet and fruit!
In the gerson therapy I am doing the non malignant protocol so I won’t be buying a pure juicer but I am really interested in buying The namma j2 or the kuvings . Just not sure which one is best for me . I usually juice huge carrots from the huderites or my garden so there bigger than most store carrots. Do you think the namma j2 can juice a lot of carrots and can I put in big carrots in the namma j2 without it jamming up ?
The Nama J2 and Kuvings REVO830 can both juice carrots. They make a similar quality and quantity juice when juicing carrots. I would recommend watching my nama J2 vs REVO830 juicer comparison video: ruclips.net/video/LMx-kaZ1dyI/видео.html where I juice carrots and apples in both machines so you can see the differences between them. I personally prefer the Nama J2, myself.
You should choose Kuvings revo830 for carrot juice. REVO830 has an Auto-Cut Chute, specifically designed for carrots and celery. REVO830 is the best for carrot ever
No. I never recommend or peel my carrots. There are many nutrients on or in the skin. I do however scrub each carrot and cut off the top and bottom before juicing.
Hi John I have been following you for years. Your videos have been beyond helpful in that I have purchased several juicers and items. I am thinking about upgrading from the green star elite. I like it, but it’s a pain to clean but I have my routine. Nama J2 has my interest in addition to Kuvings. Any suggestions or wondering if you can make a video including these three for Comparison.
Hi Maria. I hope to soon make a Nama J2 vs green star elite video. Each machine has their own set of pros and cons. The Nama will be easier to use but not make as much juice and as much nutrition in the juice. But the Nama J2 will be alot easier to use, so if you juice more because of this then I believe it would be a beneficial upgrade.
You still enjoying your revo830? I am trying to decide between the revo830, Nama j2 or the new Kuvings auto10. I’m leaning towards Kuvings because they’ve been around longer. Any advice? Thanks
@@wolverinegnr Indeed i am. I will admit I use it majority of the time to make juice. Every now and again, I have made sorbet with frozen fruit. But i love this juicer; it was a great investment and I do not mind the clean up
Awesome thanks for replying you said majority of the time you use the revo830. Do you use another juicer as well? I am using the greenstar pro right know and love it but it doesn’t do too well with soft fruits and vegetables thus why I want to invest in the Kuvings for stuff like cucumbers and pineapple.
@@wolverinegnr Oh no, that's the only juicer I have. I said majority because with this juicer you can make dessert sorbets amd smoothies as well. I've done 2 out of the 3 because I still do my smoothies with my Ninja.
I can not make any recommendations on how much juice to drink. ruclips.net/video/Pvhj2HoPuPQ/видео.html is the video I recommend where I answer common questions about juicing and drinking juice.
I personally do not recommend juicing most berries, as juicing them is quite wasteful, IMO. I would rather eat them or vaccum blend them. What you can do is juice all your ingredients first in the Nama J2 and then take the juice and the blueberries into a vacuum blender and then blend them together. This way you can get maximum food value from the blueberries. Blueberries typically dont make alot of juice and make alot of pulp. If you really wanted to juice ithen, I would buy jicama, and cube it up. and then add equal parts of jicama and blueberries and let the machine run, the jicama cubes will help the j2 extract more from the blueberries, that being said, I still would prefer to eat them or vacuum blend them.
@@discountjuicers thank you so much for the response. I bought tons of blueberries in the hopes of juicing them but found out the hard way that they don't juice well at all. I think I will add them into my foods such as salads or oats and more than likely donate most of them to food banks. They were on sale and I bought 4 boxes. I know I won't be able to finish all of them just by eating them and it would pain me if they went bad. Thanks John!
I have a question?? Why do you have to register on Instagram? Why can’t we do it here on RUclips I do not have social media… and do not want social media thanks
I do not recommend putting any juicer parts in the dishwasher for several reasons: the screen will not get properly cleaned if you put it in the dishwasher, it requires scrubbing. Harsh detergents may weaken plastic causing breakage and parts can melt due to the heat drying (also causing plastic to weaken)
I really need a new juicer. My pulp is so wet and my juice is full of unwanted pulp. I’m so sorry I invested in the breville juicer. I tried to return it yesterday but it’s been over 3 months. It would be so fabulous to win a new nama j juicer 😁
These juice recipes were designed to increase vegetable intake of the average American and contains ingredients are rich in specific vitamins, minerals, prebiotics, and more importantly phytochemicals in mind that can help people lose weight when they drink this juice instead of eat highly processed foods such as fast food, junk food and ultra processed foods which most Americans eat these days. Leafy greens and vegetables have the lowest caloric density of most foods that people can eat, and can help people lose weight because they have a high percentage of nutrients and low calorie content compared to the foods most Americans eat.
@@yamamancha due to the design change of the REVO830, and the special carrot and celery chute, this situation should be corrected now. In addition, as I mention in this episode, it is important to precut things like ginger as well as other leafy greens that have long fibers that are not precut and are fed too quickly, without rotating in root vegetables that can cause this situation to occur. That being said, Kuvings also includes a wrench so you can take the machine apart should the top get stuck.
Every juicer has its own set of pros and cons. I personally would rather buy the Nama J2 over the VSJ843, but the vsj843 is a solid performer. Omega is now outsourcing their customer service to the Philippines, where as Nama customer service is based in the USA. Please watch the comparison video ruclips.net/video/AH_lvuidw0M/видео.html so you can learn the differences

Between these two juicers in this episode, I would say in general the Nama J2 will make more yield. Overall, for the highest yield and most nutrition I recommend vacuum juicing as I show in the video ruclips.net/video/7ILENcNpVOw/видео.html

I have to disagree with you about time saving with NAMA! Your statement make a sense ONLY IF you load the NAMA and Walk away to take care of business paint living room:-) go to grocery store! :-)) BUT what you forgot to mention that you load NAMA 3 times and that makes whole difference!!! Basically its same you drink your Juice with Kovings after 5:30 and NAMA after 9:30 almost 4 minutes quicker, NAMA guy has maybe 1 minutes advantage BUT if 1 minute is huge in your life You don't Juice, person Juice for you in your private Airplane! Am I right? I do understand you have to pay your bills and NAMA pay you better, its all about Money nobody cares about people, but just for little bit decency if you have any? think next time!
Correct, Nama saves you time in the sense that you can WALK AWAY and do other things while it is juicing. Do you sit by your coffee maker and watch it while it is making your coffee or do you walk away? I dont expect everyone in the world to appreciate the Nama J2 because of this new way of using a juicer. For those of us, that have adopted to this way of juicing, we see the benefits of this way of juicing. Of course, if you would rather have juice done more quickly, and spend more time precutting and feeding items into the juicer, buy the KUVINGS. I did want to correct you about something that was incorrect in your comment. I have an affiliation with BOTH KUVINGS and NAMA. and honestly, when I sell a kuvings REVO830, I make about 2x the money I make when I sell a Nama J2. So if I WAS doing this ONLY for the money, I would be REALLY stupid to not push the REVO830 more. That being said, Nama has a more "realistic" selling price in my opinion that more people can afford and margins are more tight. To remind you also, I am not just a juicer NEWBIE that started juicing yesterday sharing my opinions on juicers (like most people on youtube) I have been juicing for 28 years now and selling juicers ONLINE for 25 years now, so I am sharing my experience and opinions with people based on my experience. Would you take the advice of your car mechanic that recommends a certain brand car for reliability? Surely he would have much better sense of which cars he gets to repair more often than not. This is what I strive to do with juicers to help people choose the best machine for them. While I do prefer the Nama J2 myself, there are plenty of people that would rather use the Kuvings REVO830, which is why I make these videos to show the differences so each person can decide for themselves which juicer is best for them.
I understand you like Nama J2 and have affiliation with them but you are way too biased in every video towards the J2. Was looking for a more honest review
Thank you for your comments. I have been juicing for 28 years now and have used most every style juicer on the planet. With all my experience there is a reason why I prefer the Nama J2 over other juicers, because it is a "game changer" with revolutionary technology that makes juicing easier. If you don't want to purchase the Nama J2, that is up to you for sure, and if you want to spend more time, precutting and feeding produce into a juicer, that is your right. I am here to share my expert opinions about juicers on my channel. Would you listen to your auto mechanic who recommended certain car brands over others based on repair histories? This is what I strive to do in my videos. Share my experience with you , so you can have the best juicing experience and get the juicer that will best meet your needs. That being said, while I do have an affiliation with Nama, I also have affiliations with all other major juicer companies in the USA including Kuvings, as seen in this episode. Honestly, if I were doing this for $$$ I would promote the Kuving REVO830 because I make about 2x more money when I sell a Kuvings REVO830 than a Nama J2. That being said, I am honest in my videos and share my thoughts and experience with people on the juicers, and YOU get to see the results the juicers make, so you can decide for yourself if one juicer or another would be best for your specific needs. The REVO830 sits on my shelf most of the time, since the sheer convenience of the Nama J2 takes the cake for me.

I have the Sana 727 and Revo 830
Both great and life changers .
You have to exercise too ,it’s not just diet .
Curious. Why do you have both? Specific functions? I'm looking at both..(and the J2)
I agree that Kuvings is the best
What a glorious peaceful sunny day 😊. Truly grateful and thankful for this day 🙏

SAD SAD SAD
Same here. I tried a couple of times to order and finally gave up.
@@LR-je7nn when you do order use the discount code DJ10 to get 55.00 off
Thank you John for another great video. Love my J2. Bought it one year ago. Don't know how I lived with out it.
I like mine too. Ppl above are stating that the parts may break within the two years. And how the other juicer is better . What do you think about that?
I love ginger plus lime and cucumber together
I am juicing celery juice every morning first thing. When I get home from work before dinner I juice anything from watermelon orange ginger and apple. I also juice purple cabbage ginger apple cucumber carrots. I saw one of your videos where you juiced a hot pepper do I did that too. I’m new to juicing and absolutely hooked!!! I think my husband is a little frustrated because juicing is very costly but I really really needed to do this because I have had one thing after another with my health. I pray that this helps me not get sick and also helps me lose weight
Have you tried Fasting, it also lots of health benefits. You can check out Dr. Mindy Pelz she gives great info as well.
❤ Purchased my J2 two days ago. It’s already shipped! Thanks!
YES! this is coming for 2023. I purchased a dissolved oxygen meter to be able to show this :)
Well you’ve got a full step ahead on this as usual! I look forward to the demonstration!

I have been watching your videos for years. I just ordered my Nama J2. Thanks for the discount code!
Thanks and I purchased the Nama J 3 days ago and used your discount code. ❤
I love carrot ginger apple celery orange juice!
I was looking into getting either, and im in the middle. Juice Yielding is one, but Kuv 830 seems more of me.
@@hvcool If you are looking for very high juice yield - who isn’t? - the Kuvings Revo830 is in our opinion the best-performing vertical slow juicer yet.
Thanks, I ordered the Nama J2 Saturday I’m looking forward to juicing with it. YAY! 😁
I’m looking forward to using these combo’s also 👍🏾
Thanks John, that was very useful for healthy juicing.
????John, I appreciate how detailed your info is! I like his you take about the properties of each ingredient, and then explain how to prepare the produce before feeding into the machine. Are you able to provide a list or table of how to prepare produce for juicing?
How I prepare is dependent on the item specifically. For this video:
As a rule, I wash ALL produce before further processing with few exceptions.
Jicama was not washed, but the skin was cut off
Cabbage was unwrapped from plastic and I remove outer leaves until I find nice looking leaves that are not damaged.
Grapefruit (as well as oranges/tangerines) skin is cut off, being careful to keep as much white pith as possible - skin has natural chemicals that should not be consumed in large amounts
apples were washed and stem removed
ginger and turmeric were washed, and ginger was sliced into 1/4" slices against the grain
Bell peppers were washed and the green stems removed
lemons and limes were washed
Beets were washed and the top and bottom cut off.
Other items generally juiced:
Carrots and most root veggies are washed and the tops and bottoms cut off
Romaine hearts - I usually pluck a few outer leaves until they look nice and then juice them
Prewashed baby greens are removed from package and juiced.
Kale usually from my garden is soaked in a 5 gallon bucket of water and then i dry and precut and juice.
most items, I wash and then cut out any defects and then cut them up and juice them.
thanks John. Just saw this. I was just thinking about losing a couple. Its so hot now and the perfect time to add more juice into my daily routine.
I love to add 1 habanero pepper in my juices. It gives you that far distance kick. Try it!
My new favorite juice is Sweet Potatoes, 🍎 apple, ginger and lemon.
Did u peel the sweet potato?
@@juschill1 never peal potatoes. That is the healthiest part. I do have a scrub brush and I am amazed at how much dirt and mud is in the bottom of the washing container when done cleaning them. Slice them up and the J2 does the rest.
I appreciate you reminding us not to drink the same juice all the time...I'm guilty of that with my green smoothies.
Can you provide a link to the glass bowl you use?
www.walmart.com/ip/Anchor-Hocking-Glass-2-Quart-Batter-Bowl/28499907
YES, walking away is the main thing that sets the J2 apart from all other juicers on the market. That is the feature I like most, myself.
Hey John, what’s your personal favorite juicer nowadays? Has the Omega been dethroned?
My favorite juicer now is the Nama J2. The Omega VSJ843 was dethroned once I learned how to use the Nama J2 and had time to test its durability and performance over time. See ruclips.net/video/9a9ZgbddIOE/видео.html
I also have one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil every morning before juicing or after as well as swallow fresh garlic cloves
Yup the auger is jam in the hopper can't unstuck it
So on Namas RUclips suggest to cut out the core and seeds of apples . Is this something that has changed ?
Therefore, could you please recommend whether I should start with a expensive blender OR juicer (I want to have more greens and fruits)
If I was to get one what should I get: a blender or a juicer?
Thank you!
Nutribullet slow juicer is a good slow juicer. It cost $200
Sad day,... fresh Cranberries just became unavailable at all the markets around here.

Hey what size and brand are those glass measuring cups? And where can I find them? Thanks!
Anchor Hocking 2 Quart. Should be available at Target and/or Walmart.
I found mine at TJ Maxx
Where I live there is no jicama around as no one grows it or imports it. What can I use to substitute it? Please let me know.
I would use some other kind of root vegetable such as Yacon, celeriac, kohlrabi or rutabaga
Thank you John!!
Can Nama make sorbets too ? Thanks for the reply in advance 😀
Love my Kuvings REVO830!!!
Vacuum blending with a nut milk bag is a game chamger for me
My auger on my Namaj2 is stuck in the head when I click to open and I can't unstuck it...I just bought this two days ago. So how I unstuck this on my Namaj2?? This is frustrated
please reach out to Nama and they should be able to assist 1-833-253-6262 I can tell you also to turn the juicing bowl upside down and then press the stem of the auger, that should help the auger to come out.

Did you ever post a video tour of the factory in South Korea where the Nama J2 juicer is made ? It would be interesting to see the process
Because I am on cholesterol medication I am not able to have grapefruit juice. What can I substitute?
Hey Sharon, I'm new to juicing, but I think juices are pretty flexible from all the recipes I've seen. What about some oranges or other citrus you might like (tangerines, mandarins, etc.) Just a thought. John will probably give you much better suggestions -- but that's what I would do. :- )
I would put in apples instead. You could also use oranges with the orange color removed, but keep the white pith.
Which
Juicer is best for carrot juice? And I hate cutting up carrots? I’m doing the gerson therapy and trying to choose the best one for that . We use 50 pounds a week of carrots
For the Gerson therapy, they recommend a 2-stage hydraulic juicer, So that means you would want to get the pure juicer, my latest video on the Pure is ruclips.net/video/YlMvxNDEK94/видео.html You may also want to watch ruclips.net/video/90IeXYop9-s/видео.html where I share my thoughts on juicing on the gerson therapy and the effectiveness of different style juicers.
The kuvings is made for carrots and celery.
You need to also review cheaper options for new starters who cannot afford the Nama (which is almost £600…
Juicing is not cheap … cheap juicers will only waste more of already the already expensive produce.
Did you see his video on the Shine?
I’ve just started juicing. I can’t afford these juicers. I got the Brevile but my pulp is so wet. I feel like I’m waist IG so much! 🥹
I will say since I’ve started juicing symptoms associated with rheumatoid arthritis have greatly decreased. I need your juice cookbook.
Hey John, for the Nama J2, I’d prefer to buy through you, I just have a warranty question. Is it 15 years through you as well? And is the claims process relatively painless? Thank you so much for educating me every time I watch your videos!
The Nama j2 warranty is 15 years for ALL parts now. You’re getting it at a good time!
The Warranty on the J2 is now 15 years on parts and motor. The claim process is painless. Just go to the nama web site, and fill out a form (or you can call or email them)
Could not find the giveaway reference?
Hi! I hope you are well!
Could you please recommend the best juicer and
Blender combined - a bluicer (as they call it)?
Nama C2
In the gerson therapy I am doing the non malignant protocol so I won’t be buying a pure juicer but I am really interested in buying
The namma j2 or the kuvings .
Good video, thank you
Please John, send me answer. Do I need to peel carrots and if so, in which cases? Sorry for bad english!❤
No. I never recommend or peel my carrots. There are many nutrients on or in the skin. I do however scrub each carrot and cut off the top and bottom before juicing.
Great job!
I heard the pulp is good for consumption.
Nama J2 for the win 😊 Less pulp, batch juicing 👍🏽 thx for the video ✌🏽
I'm glad I didn't allow the Nama bias sway me from buying the juicer I did buy.
The REVO830... #NoRegrets
Pulp is good!!!

How much juice should I drink a day to help cure my bad cystic acne I developed while on deployment
I can not make any recommendations on how much juice to drink. ruclips.net/video/Pvhj2HoPuPQ/видео.html is the video I recommend where I answer common questions about juicing and drinking juice.
I would love to own a Nama J2 Juicer, cost is very high (for a good machine)
Hey John, what's the best way to juice blueberries with the nama J2?
@@julesgitu8287 You can always freeze them and then add them to smoothies later, or you can add the frozen blueberries to oatmeal, for example.
I have a question?? Why do you have to register on Instagram? Why can’t we do it here on RUclips I do not have social media… and do not want social media thanks
I apologize, it is easier to run a contest on Instagram than on RUclips.
Are parts of Kuvings 830 dish washer safe?
I do not recommend putting any juicer parts in the dishwasher for several reasons: the screen will not get properly cleaned if you put it in the dishwasher, it requires scrubbing. Harsh detergents may weaken plastic causing breakage and parts can melt due to the heat drying (also causing plastic to weaken)
I just got the Revo, next stop the J2!!!!
I really need a new juicer. My pulp is so wet and my juice is full of unwanted pulp. I’m so sorry I invested in the breville juicer. I tried to return it yesterday but it’s been over 3 months. It would be so fabulous to win a new nama j juicer 😁
Hi Adrianne.. I did test the breville high speed vs the Nama J2. You can watch the video at ruclips.net/video/P5cMT_XLZrw/видео.html
Is there a period of having those juices for weight loss?
These juice recipes were designed to increase vegetable intake of the average American and contains ingredients are rich in specific vitamins, minerals, prebiotics, and more importantly phytochemicals in mind that can help people lose weight when they drink this juice instead of eat highly processed foods such as fast food, junk food and ultra processed foods which most Americans eat these days. Leafy greens and vegetables have the lowest caloric density of most foods that people can eat, and can help people lose weight because they have a high percentage of nutrients and low calorie content compared to the foods most Americans eat.
I’m not a fan of grapefruit. What should i replace it with?
I would put in apples instead. You could also use oranges with the orange color removed, but keep the white pith.
kuvings sieve gets clogged really fast, and it's design makes it prone to breaking the top, or at least making it very hard to open/unscrew the top
They still haven't fixed that?
@@yamamancha I don't have the latest model, but looking at it in the video it looks about the same
@@yamamancha due to the design change of the REVO830, and the special carrot and celery chute, this situation should be corrected now.
Hi John please is it Advisable to buy omega vsj843qs? Thanks
Every juicer has its own set of pros and cons. I personally would rather buy the Nama J2 over the VSJ843, but the vsj843 is a solid performer. I have to disagree with you about time saving with NAMA! Your statement make a sense ONLY IF you load the NAMA and Walk away to take care of business paint living room:-) go to grocery store! :-))
BUT what you forgot to mention that you load NAMA 3 times and that makes whole difference!!!
Both of them work with 200watt😅
He takes sooooo long to get to the dang topic 8:05
Insta is for teenage girls!
