WIthin Pacific Heights, which areas are most preferable for single family homes, or is it all the same?

Really depends on your budget… busy streets are more affordable streets facing west east typically have better views. Houses on the north side of the street have the best views but less light and the yards are downward sloping in many cases. It’s complicated. Reach out if you want to discuss your specific needs.
