-I am so glad I found your channel. I've lived in S.F. my whole life and I love it. The incredibly huge amount of negative RUclips vids about the city is atrocious. You are a breath of fresh air - washed and purified by Pacific Ocean breezes.

What do you think of an apartment for 3K a month in Pine Street with Filmore? Would that be a hidden jewel? 950 sq ft with good light and views

Without seeing it, it's hard to make an assessment. The price is lower than average so if it is comfortable for you, then go for it!

Glad for the video but it seems u r doing more of a fashion show rather than showing the neighborhood around. Thanks for the information.

Was this before this entire area was taken over by the homeless because of these prices

California is so beautiful but with the current state of it, I’d be trying to leave instead of moving there

Since you don't live here, all you have to go off of is what you see in the news. There is a reason the vast majority stay, and real estate prices are still the highest in the nation. That's certainly not because everyone is leaving....

@@mei6044 I find this guy a bit slimy, sort of like a used car salesperson. I too am a native SF'can. I'd leave SF if I can but my family and business keeps me here in SF. Too much crime, too expensive, corrupt city hall, anti-business climate, attracts too many homeless and drug users living in tents, too much traffic, no parking and if there is, it's a $7/hour meter, thanks to the woke and progressive policies of our short-sighted politicians. This results in empty storefronts and 30%+ office vacancies in the financial district.
