I personally always interpreted the hand on the stove as a play on the trivial question “Does God Bleed?” I put my hand on the stove to see if I still bleed is almost Kanye’s way of saying he’s so high on pride that sometimes he willingly puts himself in these painful situations as an attempt to try and ground himself from his ego of being a God.

It's my autistic son that plays their songs for me and when I heard Strong for somebody else I cried. When I was in my twenties I tried to kill myself without realising what it would do to my family and friends. Since then I have had periods in my life when the thought of what it would mean to my mother and sin have been the only thing that's kept me going. Sometimes I have felt it as a burden. But today I'm so glad to be alive, even during bad days. I really would like to know what you think about that song.
