And the second time today after I’ve had about 4 months working with it and I’m still learning from this one video! Thank you so much! The learning curve with Honeybook (for me) has been long, but it is so worth the time and effort.

YES! I absolutely track every lead. So, in your contact form, you can ask them to tell you where they heard about you from, and you'd be able to ask them to tell you if they heard about ya from WP. Is that what you mean?
Im currently looking into Honeybook but couldnt figure out the separate workflows for different stages like you did. It seems like Im only able to apply one single workflow. Are you removing the previous one then adding the next? (this is where I really wish they had more automation)

@@theresaANDnicholas Hey there! For sure-okay, first, I 150% recommend sending them a note via chat about a feature or a glitch in a feature. I've done that probably 15 times and most of those times, they've fixed it very soon. We have a workflow automated for ALL our services (it's an inquiry response one, and gets them through the first part) and then for the individual workflows, it goes through all the stages-onboarding, project, and offboarding-in one master workflow for each service, so it's only applied once. I totally get what you're saying (I think!) in that if you could have "headings" in the individual workflows that'd be amazing!
About the credit card fees - is their 3% in addition to standard credit card fees (which are typically around 2.9%?)... Otherwise, I don't see why people would complain about this. If you have people pay through PayPal - it's 2.9 - and I have courses on Teachable and it's about the same... so what I'm wondering if HB is charging 3% in addition to the standard credit card fee. ?? Thank you for your videos, Ashlyn. They are all so informative and helpful. Some people binge watch Netflix. Lately, I've been bingewatching your videos! (Haha!)

I clicked the link above and read the content but just want to be sure I understand. My standard fee is $150. If I collect it through Honeybook then they apply their 3% fee ($4.50) leaving me $145.50 and then there's a 1.5% bank transfer fee ($2.18) so I see $143.32 in my bank account for the $150 class? Is that right? I'm just trying to see what I'll receive on a $150 class. Thanks!
