In a more serious note: With the ending being Lilia going back to her childhood after she "dies" now she gets to live through those gaps she had as a kid fully knowing she met a noble end
I think it was to show how she stopped getting visions during her childhood…not that she ignored it but rather there are no visions left…she’s already dead so no more time jumps
When Lilia acknowledged that she had found what was missing - her coven - I lost it. Agatha, you better make the right decision at the end of the road and bring them all back!!! 🥺😭😭😭
She saving lilia clearly agatha care for them.... Also when she snaped out of the bliss from absorbing alice power that she clearly cant control... She also felt guilt so to me she actually nice but broken so she puts on facade that she is what people think of her....
Would feel great for the others to come back, but also kinda hoping for a show about a villain (which Agatha is) to not end in redemption. Not all villains have to be redeemed for the sake of it yknow. My ideal ending of the show would be Agatha accepting death (rio) and moving on, or getting her power back to become a bigger threat to the MCU going forward. Hoping for the former.
@@AlexTawen Its kinda funny cause Agatha isn't really a villain. She never was from her first appearance in Wandavision. The fact that Lilia read Agatha's card as the trauma she's dealing with rather than who she is shows that there is still a chance for Agatha to be good. Once she overcomes her sadness and grief, maybe she can turn everything around. And I think this time she's genuinely trying to help Billy. But she's hiding it with her casual villainous persona because that's like her self-defense mechanism. She face animosity with animosity.
I think it it so beautiful that Lilia spent her whole life traumatized that warning people about their deaths changed nothing, but at the end she was able to see her own death coming and she chose to use that moment to do something for the people she left behind.

I just realised something and it made me bawl my eyes out. Death means rebirth, a new beginning. Lilia was able to fill in all of the gaps, and she will finally be able to live her life from the beginning. That's why we saw the hourglass rotating, signifying that the time is resetting. The hourglass rotated, but as a result the sand stayed at the bottom, which may imply this is indeed the end. But since "the flow of time is an illusion", it simultaneously begins and everything in between (which in her case is centuries). At least that is my theory.

Billy's question was answered with the magician. Both personas loved magic. He's both. But more so a maximoff since he has a realistic power like Wanda

I can't remember if we talked more, but I do recall it feeling like it was important that I said that to her. I hope she is well and has found her community.

Yeah the composition was really engaging. I already figured these ones out and that this would be Lilia's reveal episode but didn't imagine they would go about it like this. And I'm glad they did because I had the linear story telling they used for the other Coven members trial episodes. So I suppose "the path ahead" then and why exactly did Lilia decide Agatha needs to survive in the future? I think I know both and that they well, laid all the cards face up for us well enough.
I think Lilia knows that Agatha needs to survive at the end because she knows that Agatha will be vital to the Scarlet Witch's resurrection. Or rather, Wanda's mentor
I have seen this episode like 5 times already and I cry every time. It's beautifully made and I just loved the way that half the show had to fit her character. Also, what a beautiful writing for it, so many epic lines "Death comes to us all" and the convo on how we forget ourselves in the journey but we need to observe and decide what we will do with our remaining time. That episode hits hard 🥲
I really enjoyed rewatching this episode, I (and everyone else it seems) completely forgot that the first shot was Lila falling in her final costume and so when she mentioned falling and seeing her holding on to the table I still had hope even though we'd already been shown her death in the first scene - so stuff like that really makes you think how hard it must of been for Lila seeing all that over the centuries if I couldn't even remember seeing someone die 30 minutes ago lol
I think we did get an answer for whether or not Billy is Billy or William. She drew the magician card. Which I interpreted to be a little bit more literal. But, I have a feeling they’re gonna go more the comic route, where the character is a bit of both Billy and William. But eventually become more.
that was beautiful 😢❤ we learned so much. I think all the cards they pulled were right too. Like the one he pulled for Agatha about betrayal and lies, but in this case being reverse. Because she may be a liar, but she hasn’t lied to *him* and never intended to betray. I don’t think this means she hasn’t let him assume some false truths, but anything he has directly asked her she has told him the truth. Or chosen not to answer. But it means she didn’t lie about Alice - which I never thought she did. And why she looked stung that he said he would never ever trust her.
That shot where the tower reversed and they all floated was so beautifully haunting!!! Imminent death awaiting for them above yet it’s so aesthetically presented. Best episode thus far!!!
The thing about being a forgotten woman is that at some point in life everyone your age is dead or about to die. And all the younger people are beginning to have children of their own, so their focus is on the next generetions not the pervious ones. I could see that with my great grandmother. She was the only one left and to everyone the younger family members were seen a lot more.
@@eldorado7066 Nothing to be thankful for because Aubrey's Death and Ryan's Deadpool would have the most beautiful, chaotic energy on screen together xD
I adore writing like this. The out of sequence stuff. Like the Doctor Manhatten stuff you mentioned. Or the Doctor Who Episode "Blink". It's the same kinda writing as a heist film or something when it all comes together at the end. Love it. I also really like the take that she's not really "seeing the future" She's just being embodied by a version of herself where she knows what happened.
I agree. This is the episode that elevated the series to me, to a series that I now will watch again. The only Disney+ series I watched more than once is Andor. Now Agatha All Along.
This is an amazing episode. Not just in the writing and editing to show how it all comes together from past episodes. To imagine Lilian’s teacher was giving this young girl her first lesson and during she’s having a conversation with Lilia in the distant future. Even hearing about her own death. Yet, she’s so remarkably calm. I don’t think Lilia killed all the Salem Seven. I believe we heard five falls, and two members could transform into flying animals.
Great episode! So many hidden (and not hidden) gems in this episode. Actually this season as a whole! And the acting has been fantastic! I really enjoy Jens sarcastic dark humor, it adds a nice balance between all the characters emotions.
How Lilia felt at the end, going back to the beginning, and what you guys said about not doing anything differently and just being able to live in the moment, reminds me of a film called About Time. In that movie the men in this one family are able to travel to any point in the past during their lifetime. And the dad tells the son towards the end of the movie, the key to happiness is to live each day once with all the anxiety and stress that each day brings, then go back and live it over again but do nothing differently and just take it all in and enjoy being alive.
That’s why last episode when it showed Teen’s room he had a poster for Wizard of OZ. The road flower changed to yellow. The first was blue for potions, second was red for fire.
re The idea that Lilia could re-flip the Tower card to save herself, well, that wasn't really an option because the cards had already fallen off the table.
I think, the next trial is for the Green Witch. At the beginning when they were doing the Sacred Chant of the Ballad, the staircase that manifested was blue - first trial was Jen's, water-potions. The exit of the first trial was through the oven, warm orange lighting - second trial was for Alice, fire-protection. The exit of the second trial was going under ground and has a purple/violet hue - third trial was for Agatha, blood moon. The exit for the third trial was another staircase going up, silvery hue - fourth trial was for Lilia - wind-divination. The exit for this fourth trial is an iron maiden/torture coffin and has green linings on the wall. It must be for the green witch though I can't really say if it's for Rio herself.
Yes, could be.There might be slight complications with the trial though. None of the remaining characters are Green Witches, calling back to the first episode when Lilia says that the green witch is arguably the most important.
18:00 - we only see/hear 4 of the 7 die - leaving 3 of the daughters of salem 7 remaining - one of each, for Rio, Agatha, and Billy - to deal with. (possibly the potions lady dies next, idk).
This was a freakin insane episode 🤯. The way they tied together all the flashes of Lilia’s “crazy” moments….wicked awesome I had a little different look at the ending. I thought after she died and we see the child sitting down and the mother saying, “Let us begin”……I thought it was just cycling over again to her first lesson and it’s kind of a loop. OR, I got a little too baked and I’m not really sure what I’m talking about 😂🤷🏻♂️

"Is she gonna die?"
We already saw her falling. She did too. 😢
The best episode..
In my opinion, this is the BEST MCU Episode ever.
I always read 7 swords reversed as there's still deception, but it's inward instead of outward. It's self deception.
The use of the traditional Rider-Waite Tarot illustrations and setting the scenes to match them were just perfect! I love this episode so much!
Waiting for everyones reactions to see how much they love the episode, no question best episode so far, 2 to go.
"We are not cool, Teenager"
"Dang using his full name." 😂
This was just a beautiful episode. One of the shortest episodes, but felt so satisfying and complete.
What a beautiful performance from Patti, did not expect this show to make me cry
Thats whos thano’s love interest was in the comics was death but deadpool also loves death as well
Well this ain’t the comics (thankfully!)
Deadpool will love her cos he literally can't die
@@KevynmorganYes, he can. It’s just hard to kill him, he doesn’t have Thanos curse anymore. Stop spreading lies.
@@yuriconnoisseurs yea, thank god MCU doesn’t follow comics to a tee, but makes some changes
This one episode feels so cinematic, tragic and satisfying all at once. Marvel cooked with this series for sure
Them putting that song at the end .. THATS ART
She lives all times at once now. I really loved how they tied everything that she did throughout the previous episodes together in this one.
Great reaction yall !! I cried when Achara cried 😭 it was a beutiful sad ending amazing episode ❤️
The writing in this and the way they tied it together was fantastic.
This was a truly excellent episode that really made the concept of "broken time" quite enthralling.
THIS episode was SOGOOD🎉🎉 Patti Lupone killed it 👏 🎉 ❤
This episode deserves an Emmy. This was fabulously done!
That was THE BEST episode! Incredible! I am crying watching the reaction, just as much as I did watching it. Masterpiece!
Thank you for reminding me of the movie Arrival. I LOVE that movie! Makes sense why this is my FAVORITE MCU episode.
I’m not crying 😭 this episode was soooooooo good
I said its wasn't horror series.. its sad romance and slice of life but as witch..😭😭 they really broke our heart.. sharon, Alice, and now Lilia
Oh my god this episode was so good. I like to think lilia went back and got to live her life entirely uninterrupted. And she was happy.
Omfg this episode broke me. 😩😩She was my favorite character and Patti Lupone is a legend. I love her so much
I really hope Patti Lupone gets an Emmy for this episode performance
Excellent episode this show is getting better each episode
Perfect editing for your show. You two have perfect chemistry..
This was such a good episode, such good story telling 👏
It must be Billy's trial since Rio is not part of the Coven, but he is.
Yes, could be.There might be slight complications with the trial though. None of the remaining characters are Green Witches, calling back to the first episode when Lilia says that the green witch is arguably the most important.
@@TheOneiricIXII Billy is either green witch or, being the son of the scarlet witch, he is everything.
18:00 - we only see/hear 4 of the 7 die - leaving 3 of the daughters of salem 7 remaining - one of each, for Rio, Agatha, and Billy - to deal with. (possibly the potions lady dies next, idk).
I counted 5 dying, so I think there are two left alive.
I also cried like a baby 😢😢
THIS WAS THE BEST EPISODE HANDS DOWN!
This was an amazing episode of television. Straight up a "Remember It" pt. 2
OR, I got a little too baked and I’m not really sure what I’m talking about 😂🤷🏻♂️
Lilia was impeccable performance, RIP 💔
This episode is my favorite by far. Patti Lupone is the queen.. I ugly cried at the end.. such an amazing episode ❤❤
In a more unserious note, this is probably not a coincidence but the fact that Time in a Bottle plays during the credits!! The same song that plays when Quicksilver saves Magneto, Wolverine, and Xavier in Days of Future Past!!!
the tarot reading for herself was so epicly done
