The way this series had us on the edge of our seats and causing theories galore isn't likely to be repeated anytime soon. It was a phenomenal show that was way better than anyone saw coming.
The growing excitement people experienced when WandaVision first aired was (for me) a prime exhibit of how a weekly release of episodes, the way television used to be, can be much more enjoyable and rewarding than just dumping an entire season of television all at once.
@@WastedPoit’s far better for reactors and RUclips’s to put out content for the show. I watched so many RUclips videos on theories every episode. Most of the theories came from the random commercials
Whenever someone says that comic book movies and tv shows can’t be as emotionally powerful as other “high class” movies or shows, just show them this show and they’ll shut the hell up.
Well I think showing Loki would be more effective considering the character growth and the dynamic between characters and also tom Hiddleston is more talented in showing raw emotions.
I think we will never experience what we had with Wandavision. Everyone theorizing every week, going crazy about every episode. It will always have a special place in my heart. I think it's one of the best things Marvel has ever put out and my favorite tv show by far.
You're the first reactor who wasn't massively confused and even a bit irritated with the first two episodes and instead just went with it and enjoyed the ride.
Same. I had watched the first two Ant Man movies and Infinity War when it came out but I never felt like watching the rest. When I heard what WandaVision was about I knew it was right up my alley and had to watch it. And wanting to know more about Wanda is what made me want to consume more Marvel. Now I'm catching up with everything in the MCU that I find interesting.
Your love of having the feeling from those old school sitcoms is a direct opposite from when Jaby watched this with Achara. I'm glad you're really enjoying WandaVision! Still my top MCU show.
It's probably no mistake that episode 2 switched from black and white to color, since it was based on Bewitched...which started in black and white (1964/65) and switched to color in its second season.
WandaVision reactions were seriously the entirety of my 2021. Thank you for bringing me this joy. I really needed it today 😂. I cannot WAIT for the next 5 episodes and the next series 😅
Really smart to have her react to the first 3 episodes. I know it debuted with the first 2 but the 3rd is where things start to kick into gear and get you more invested.
Still love this series always on the edge having to wait week by week each episode to find out what happened. Miss Disney plus/Marvel when it felt like appointment TV
This show becomes a entirely different experience when someone hasn't watched any previous MCU movies. It is a charming show either way but if you don't know the context, it will come surprising to you that Vision is supposed to be dead and that Wanda is grieving throughout the show. MCU fans know what is going on from start to finish but new audience have to wait and see. The purpose of the first two episodes is to immerse the audience into the aesthetic of the show. So regardless of how much you know about the universe, you know Wanda is a magician and Vision is a robot, and they are a married couple in a sitcom and things are not what they seem to be.
WandaVision gave me Bewitched vibes, not only did it have magic but the show also went from black and white to colour. By episode three I had at least 3 theories of what was happening, but they kept changing as more info presented itself.
Yesss lol I love this show, first 3 episodes are just confusing but it all connects and makes sense in the next 3 episodes and it's part of what makes this show so good, oh, and hi Kristen ❤ 😊 I need to go home and watch this NOW lol
😆I think WandaVision might have caused Kristen to crash a little bit! Seriously though, I love this series and how it progresses through time with these different sitcom styles and how well it conveys the fact that although the characters seem happy and are living their lives something is just a little bit off, and how it slowly builds that feeling - the 'Stop it' moment in the first episode is wonderfully creepy lol I'm so glad you're watching this one, and I hope you do the other series too!
OMG They got Kristen running the gauntlet I didn't know she was doing shows too along with all the movies?! You got your work cut out for you Kristen but it'll be awesome!
Im glad you very much went along with the first few episodes. Weirdly enough, there are a lot of reactors who were actually upset that they didn’t know what was going on. Sometimes you don’t have to understand things to enjoy something.
I'll be honest I thought I got burned out watching so many other reactors do this show, but I feel like everything I've seen Kristen react to she always puts her own personal spin on things and makes it soo enjoyable.
Recognizing Kitty from that 80s show, and not that 70's show is absolutely CRIMINAL. how old are you Kristen?? go watch that 70's show RIGHT NOW. lmao and please record the reaction!!!!!!
@@DizzyCarrotsexactly. Othet than That 70s Show, it was That 90s Show which Deborah Jo Rupp starred in.. I think it was on netflix. That 80s Show was horrible and only lasted a few weeks.
WandaVision made me realise I didn't really understand how good Elizabeth's Wanda and Paul's Vision characters were. WandaVision stands apart as the best marvel show and the one that lied to us making us think all of Marvel tv would be this quality. (If you havnt watched Loki, I would recommend it next)
The cool thing about this show is it has something for all. Personally, I wasn't into the MCU by the time I watched it and was drawn to it by the psychological aspect of it. When I spoiled myself about ep 8 I decided I was going to watch it. But my cousin who is a DC fan and refuses to watch anything un the MCU did watch WandaVision and loved it too.
Episode 1: There was a subtle thing that happened at the dinner in episode one. When Mrs. Hart was repeating "Stop it" she was first facing her husband, but when the camera pulls in tighter on her face she slightly shifts her body angle towards Wanda and repeating "Stop it" with a strained and panicked smile on her face. She breathed a sigh of relief once Vision saved him, then carried on as if nothing happened. Notice how Mr. Hart started choking as soon as his questions overwhelmed Wanda. Episode 2: I am surprised that you didn't recognize Emma Caulfield (Dottie) who played Anya on Buffy. The comment that Agnes said to Wanda after Wanda asked if it was about the way she was dressed, and Agnes said "Well, yes, but it's too late to change that", and then Geraldine complimenting Wanda on her pants...that was all an easter egg about the times. That's when women were allowed to wear pants casually. It became a fashion statement. Notice none of the other women in both episodes 1&2 wore pants. The part at the end when things go from black and white to color is supposed to signify when Technicolor TV became a change as the decades went on from the early 60's era into the late 60's/ early 70's decade. In episode 3 when Wanda started singing to her kids after telling Geraldine about being a twin...Wanda was distracted. At that moment, watch Geraldine's face. She looks like she was just coming back from some type of trance...and then remembered about Pietro. So...there is definitely some Twilight Zone ( the show was also in Black & White when it first aired.) elements to these episodes. I wasn't born until the 70's, but growing up watching reruns and then Nick at Nite, religiously for those shows or episodes I never saw or hadn't seen since the 80's. Definitely some nostalgia. The opening to the 2nd episode was definitely Bewitched, which was my favorite show. Nick at Nite used to pose the question of which magical star was better, Samantha from Bewitched or Genie from I Dream of Genie? They'd playback phone votes of people that would choose and why. Same with the Partridge Family or Brady Bunch. I was definitely loving the Partridge Family over the Brady Bunch. One last thing... original parts of sets from those popular shows, in their respective eras, have been mixed into the sets of these episodes. For example, the famous Brady Bunch staircase, Bewitched staircase, living room and backyard with the swingset. The commercials are essential easter eggs to what's going on, and definitely in relation to Wanda.
Those are like the only shows I’m excited excited for her to watch, probably ms marvel too and she’s probably like Hawkeye for reasons I will not say or spoil ( careful with spoilers everyone)
I hope this doesn’t make you think I’m creepy for saying this because I mean it 100% as a compliment. Kristen you would look totally beautiful as a pregnant mother to be just because you already have a glow about you so getting that wonderful glow as a pregnant woman it only will add to your beauty
Alright I'm home now, time for my movie date with one of my favorites, the hilarious and beautiful Kristen, Hi again ♥ 😊, time to get into some "One Division"!😁
I actually really like this show. I found it as an interesting way to see how Wanda was doing after Endgame. I especially liked how every episode, the show goes through different sitcom eras. I really liked this angle the MCU took here.
The way this series had us on the edge of our seats and causing theories galore isn't likely to be repeated anytime soon. It was a phenomenal show that was way better than anyone saw coming.
closest thing to the early days of Lost that I can remember (before it went off the rails).
IMO it was mediocre but it was better than what came before it.
Loki knocked it out of the park.
Yo, Erik Voss is still coping flack for the theories too... Such a great D+ show.
The way she reacted to episode 1, was literally the eptiome and most optimal way i think a person could have reacted to every moment of it.
Whenever someone says that comic book movies and tv shows can’t be as emotionally powerful as other “high class” movies or shows, just show them this show and they’ll shut the hell up.
People who say that would not make it through the first episode unfortunately.
Well I think showing Loki would be more effective considering the character growth and the dynamic between characters and also tom Hiddleston is more talented in showing raw emotions.

Really great how they recreated all the inside of the homes to be so accurate to the original ones.

Ahh man. One of my favorite MCU Disney plus shows. The theories week to week were crazy!! Lol
This is going to test Kristen's feels for sure.
fully expecting an Armageddon moment before its over.
God, watching this and going WTF? non-stop for weeks was amazing.

Hello Kristen!😊 Great reactions to the first three episodes of this very interesting show!!!!🎬👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I love when shows do this. Keeping us guessing with fun clues.
We went through hell, so we can enjoy her disbelief.. 😝
Very much looking forward to watch your journey with Agnes 😊
I still cannot forget the wave of theories and excitement every week during the WandaVision days. Those were crazy days and very unforgettable.
I'm sorry but we haven't still finished watching "friends" together and here you are gallivanting off to watching another show
YESSSSS FINALLY YOU WATCH IT , I CANT WAIT FOR ANOTHER EPISODES ❤️🔥😭
This was a phenomenon when it came out, I'm so excited to see your reaction to it!
Trilith Studios in Fayetteville, GA is where a lot of Marvel content is filmed. They did indeed film the early episodes with a live studio audience.
Kristen watching all the shows hell yea!!
