@@zoulogist9171"The road kills you" what Agatha says in ep2. I think it's literal. Like once you've passed your trial, you have reached your end of the road and you will die and be rebirth back in to the regular world with what you most "desire". What they "desire" isn't power, it's a coven, a family, a sense of belonging.
As Sharon wasn't really a witch but she accepted her friends really quickly so her road has ended and "died" returning to the regular world, Next was Alice, when she lifted her generation curse, she found "sisters" who bare her burden together. She "died" saving Agatha, so her trial has ended then died and returned to the regular world. Now Lilia "I love you guys" found what she needed and passed her trial so she too has died. Jen have not fully accepted her role in the sisterhood, so she is still walking on the road, same as Agatha and Billy.
That's my theory and copium tho. I really like the characters and don't want them to all be dead by the end of the show.😂

FYI - since you asked. The cards in Billy & Agatha's reading were from a standard Tarot deck. The cards in Lilia's reading were a special set of cards that Marvel released as promotional materials. The Three of Pentacles shows five individuals that look like the six coven members. The other cards clearly represents characters in the show. The Tower usually shows a gold crown falling, for example, but in the released cards it instead shows Billy's coronet. They all have a tiny signature in the corner that looks like the sigil. Very cool.

I hadn’t thought of that but it would make sense and would go with my theory that Agatha and the other witches all thought the road was a myth and in fact the only way to access the road is with the power of Billy. I don’t agree with the theory the other RUclipsr had that the road is a Hex like WandaVision but I do believe the only one who can actually unlock the road is Billy and his coven to be. So I also believe the ones who die somehow come back at the end of the road.

This episode had strong finale energy with the way it wrapped things up so satisfyingly. I loved how Lilia was able to heal her core wound before she died. She never got over her inability to save her coven, but now she saved her coven 🥲 I'm interested to see what happens with Agatha in the finale, as she's been acting less like a witch and more like an energy vampire. I get it that she's not a specialist in various areas of the craft, but she also seems to know nothing about things like potions or Tarot, and doesn't want to learn. That's strange for a woman addicted to the acquisition of power, as we all know that knowlede is power. At any rate, I feel like that's her specialty - power theft. And that's why witches hate her. Agatha didn't take time to learn the craft - like her mother said, she quickly reached for magicks above her station, advancing fast and dangerously, at the cost of those around her.
