While this was our very first flying experience with Qatar airways and for which we were excited as Qatar airways is known to be one of world's best Airlines. But Soon, after we started our journey fro USA to India , we realised this travel was turning into out worst flying experience so far. Our flying route was USA to India via Doha... Charlotte to Chicago and Chicago to Doha and finally Doha to India. In this video you will get to see our experience with Qatar Airways and American airlines along with how they resolve customer issues and deal with them.

I had a terrible check-in experience with Qatar Airways at George Bush International Airport in Houston, Texas in September 2023. The staff representative was rude and unprofessional when I asked about upgrading to business class. He also unfairly reprimanded my family (with an infant) for having a handbag and a carry-on, even though other passengers were allowed to do the same. Additionally, he was unwilling to help me add my name properly for TSA PreCheck. I am very disappointed with Qatar Airways and hope they will investigate and address these issues.

i feel you … for this trip we booked a round trip ticket as we were traveling with qatar for the first time and had heard so many good things about qatar before booking .. but after traveling with qatar .. we decided never gonna fly qatar again

Hi, I see that you are carrying one laptop bag and carry-on luggage for each person. Were they strict about carry-on luggage as two carry-on piece per person in Chicago or Doha?

Hi nice informative video. Did you get your boarding pass for flight from Chicago to doha flight at Charlotte airport or you had to get it at Chicago airport.

Hey Hi .. Yes our bags were checked in through American Airlines to qatar end to end. As such we didn’t face any issues from qatar for our luggage bcz once we dropped our bags at Charlotte airport we received them back at New delhi directly .. So thankfully no hassles happened for our luggage 😊

Hi … at delhi airport we just had to go through immigration .. after that no security check at all .. we went to collect our luggage directly after immigration.. hope this helps

It is scary if you happen to miss a flight specially when you are tight on schedule and you have multiple flights booked to reach your destination. .. i would say book flights with minimum 3 our layover time at least …
