    This is how I prefer to cook schnitzel in a shallow amount of oil, I can’t stand all the crunchy deep fried, oily version that most pubs/restaurants and RUclips cooks do. Best served with a squeeze of lemon juice over the top served accompanied by mashed potatoes with cream cheese mixed through it and baked beans. Awesome dinner 😋 healthy too but should probably add a bit of green salad as well.
