Dear Natasha! I have been doing this meditation for over 2 years! This is one of the best meditations and pure healing! without pressure if I may ask you to please make more, maybe about abundance, healing inner child, self love, connecting to source and higher self etc. these are just ideas but I truly love your work!

This is a real healing meditation. One day, I could not stand upright and walk after I had taken a nap one morning in march 2022. Everytime I tried, I fell down. I listened de to this meditation, both my legs strengthened and I started walking again like before. Ever Since, I listen to it either before going to bed or in the morning. I’ve been listening to this Meditation for about five years. I’m working Medium spiritual teacher and this is one of the best meditations I’ve come across and it’s also very good for the healing.
I used this years ago. Today I wanted to come back to it. During the meditation I felt my stomach releasing all the tension in my body, my body expanding and feeling twice the size of my actual body. After the meditation I felt taller, as my back was suddenly straight and my posture better than it has been the past few months. Everything in my room seems smaller; as I own them and they don't own me. I've said it before and I will say it again. This is the best meditation on the internet. I start listening to this now and I could feel archangle energy coming and just that my body start feel fear and I have to let it go and relaxed with energy. I will get better at this. But also I felt my whole body buring and my head as well.
