My friend opened all my charka and I was crying so hard when we finished he told me to meditate everyday for the next week and when I try this mediation I can now feel my body vibration and I never felt so calm this is definitely my favorite I will continue doing This everyday. Thank you for making this and help me to heal. I still feel my throat charka closed and because it's closed that why I have hypothyroid issue. Maybe once it's open I can heal myself and never that levothyroxine again

I. Ed to do this again today. I started meditating,but fell asleep with earplugs in. I recall visualising the red flower. I was awoken feeling my heart thumping,I was staring at the light. Something shook me awake. What was that? …. Thanks Jess for your beautiful words.

Thank you so much. I didnt realize how damsged they had become. My throat chalkra had to be entirely reborn, withered to ash. It must have burned from from my repressed emotions and horrible thoughts, but now i feel the balance and all my worries are a million miles away....
