Nice Video. They said third time is a charm,Am officially a nurse now. To all my repeat test taker I pray y'all make it some day but will advise you keep reading and believing in yourself ☺️🎉
Nurse Practitioner exams won't bother you or be a problem if you work with someone like Mrs Catherina... She's God sent, she saved me from taking the test for the 3rd time
Thanks Laurie, as a relatively new NP, I really appreciate your educational video and I thank God for each. Today, I had to assess a patient with “cheek pain” and I quickly ruled out TMJ because this video was fresh in my memory. Thank you- you are an excellent teacher.
The case study was awesome! I can see it takes A LOT of studying and experience to get to your level, I'm very impressed. Definitely learned something today
Excellently done Prof. I like this. You could do your regular vlog and do an educational bit from time to time (as long as you are able of course). Thoroughly enjoyed this. Thank you so much I learnt quite some!
Hey Lori! I love these educational videos. As a new FNP they are helpful for sure! You should do more. Are you feeling more comfortable in the urgent care setting?
Please do not leave the urgent care anytime soon, ha! ha! This material is gold and showcases your experience and excellence as an NP. Was smiling from ear to ear. Keep this content coming. Yeah! The day was slow alright 😁
Hope you are in good health. I have a question about my plan for studying an online MSN (FNP) program from Cincinnati University. I fear that I might be looked down upon by colleagues or physicians if l got to work with them in hospital later on, or l also might be the last applicant in the list if I am for instance applying for emergency medicine fellowship training. So, do you think sir that could be a hinder to my goal attainment or l should look for another study program where I have to attend in person class.??? Thank you
Hi. I really enjoyed this video and educational content. It was extremely helpful. Please consider doing more case studies like this going forward. I would love to work urgent care one day. Thank you for encouragement and inspiration. 👩🏽⚕️
I am an AGPCNP and honestly look forward to watching your videos weekly. I really enjoyed your case study and would hope you continue with these case studies. Very informative.
Holy cow! How do you get such a nice break room? Your making me want to return to UC! 🤣I loved lacerations... the bigger the better! We did so many ear lavages. The nurses and MAs performed the lavages where I worked.
The clinic is new so that is why the break room look so nice. Yes, MAs do the ear lavages. Lacerations intimidated me in the beginning now I am way better and not so intimidated with them
you are so funny🙂(and a pro at this healthcare setting situation) so, I was like why would she say the day was going slow "out loud" in the middle of her shift lol. 💜
Girl, I cannot live without my portable heater. I thought I was the only one lol. My sister works at a nursing home & once she FINALLY started bringing a heater to work she was like,”Idk why it’s taken me so long to listen to you. This heater is a life saver!” Lol Side note: what do you use to edit your videos? You’re doing a great job! 💜
The portable heater is a must for me, I was so miserable my first couple days in the clinic. Thanks so much for the video compliment.. I use IMovie but I have a paid canva subscription so I get most of my overlay videos from canva and I make my slides in canva or on my computer through keynote
I had to watch videos and learn and teach myself, I am no where near where I want to be but it’s coming along… take your time and the more you do it the better it will be.
I loved it!!!❤
Finally a real look into the nursing profession thank you so much!
I love the educational content. Continue to post please
I like the case study, please keep it up in your future videos. Thanks!
Great video especially the case study nice
Nice Video. They said third time is a charm,Am officially a nurse now. To all my repeat test taker I pray y'all make it some day but will advise you keep reading and believing in yourself ☺️🎉
@Beatriz Diaz You will pass everyone has their own season, just keep praying and believe you will receive
Well I've taken the exams for the second time now and still didn't succeed, i wonder how those who succeeded did it
Nurse Practitioner exams won't bother you or be a problem if you work with someone like Mrs Catherina... She's God sent, she saved me from taking the test for the 3rd time
I saw someone say she's not legit. i couldn't stop laughing, really people say a lot of shit these day's
i was lucky to meet Mrs Catherina only God knows I wouldn't have succeeded without her
I love this style video!

Rule number one in working in healthcare.. Never say its slow and never say it's quiet lol
We need more of this
Noted! 💚
Where did you get suture training or was it included in your school program?
I actually had a doctor teach me and then I got some more help from another friend I also got a suture kit and practiced
Hey Lori, What online school would you recommend for someone that is trying to become a FNP?
Hope you are in good health. I have a question about my plan for studying an online MSN (FNP) program from Cincinnati University. Never say the “S” word at work. Never.
Hi. I really enjoyed this video and educational content. It was extremely helpful. Please consider doing more case studies like this going forward. I would love to work urgent care one day. Thank you for encouragement and inspiration. 👩🏽⚕️
Lol I knew the moment you said it was slow that it was gonna get crazy. Lol
I am not sure why I even said that... thanks for watching
I love your contents
Looking forward to be a nurse practitioner someday
Thanks so much… I wish all you all the best on your journey
I am an AGPCNP and honestly look forward to watching your videos weekly.
I really enjoyed your case study and would hope you continue with these case studies.
Very informative.

I love the case study can you please do more videos like this please maybe focus on a specific diagnosis and so please I could use the help
I most definitely will… I am getting back into the swing of my educational things. What area do you work in?
you are so funny🙂(and a pro at this healthcare setting situation) so, I was like why would she say the day was going slow "out loud" in the middle of her shift lol. 💜
Those are the forbidden words. 😬😄
I don’t know why I even said that out loud! You are correct, I know better and I am a pro at this. I live to regret my words lol
Girl, I cannot live without my portable heater. I thought I was the only one lol. My sister works at a nursing home & once she FINALLY started bringing a heater to work she was like,”Idk why it’s taken me so long to listen to you. This heater is a life saver!” Lol

@@fromcnatonp Oh, okay. Thank you. I want to start back making videos but I def need help in the editing department lol
I had to watch videos and learn and teach myself, I am no where near where I want to be but it’s coming along… take your time and the more you do it the better it will be.
FYI some facilities require outside equipment like your heater to be inspected to make sure is not fire hazard due to voltage. 😏
This is how I was diagnosed with TMJ lol
Really, were you my patient lol. Thanks for watching
@@fromcnatonp nope!! Haha this was many years ago but I totally thought I had an ear infection too 😃
