I used to run a small business and it’s real. The work never ended. Ever. I couldn’t even relax at home because I worked out of the house. Even when I was with family I was still working. I never got a break from work. Ever. I worked 7 days a week and in my best years did 6 figures.
lolllll; 3-4am use to be super hard for me but I finally got a routine down! I’m going to be sharing some more tips throughout the series bc yes girl it was ROUGH at one point lol! Thanking God I figured it out though bc night shift just works better for me lol 😩
Those hours 3pm-5/6pm are the worst during the day, too. No way around it. Lol I work in the ER as a tech and started an accelerated nursing program in January.
Hi Dominique! I have a question about psychology and anatomy. I’m still in high school, but I want to educate myself on anatomy and psychology. I don’t know where to begin. Should I study from crash courses, textbooks, or articles? I have no background knowledge on anatomy nor psychology. I tried studying through RUclips videos, but I wasn’t very engaged because it was too much information and the video was 10 minutes. I am so lost. Please give me your advice. I’m a senior, and I’m thinking of being a psychiatrist. I think I should know anatomy and psychology as it’ll help me when studying In university.
Hey Reema! I am a senior in college on the pre-med track and I wanted to give you some advice as I see no one has responded to you yet. For anatomy the best way is to look at a textbook and start with structures on one segment of the body at a time. So you would want to start out with the head, learn all the muscle locations such as origin and insertion, then bones and then the nerves. You would want to know what those structures innervate first and then move to what they do in terms of maybe flexion or extension. For psychology it really depends what psychology class but look up on Google basics of psychology and that should bring up some really cool stuff for ya!
Hey love, just a question about your LV Etui PM pouch. How are you liking it so far? Does it hold a lot of item? Would you recommend it as a pouch, running errands? Not a lot of videos about it on youtube so im trying to figure if i should get that or wait for the T19 to go in stock. Thank you for your help :)
I admire your hustle. The fact you can do school, run a business AND do social media? Girl send me your strength and power.
The first pair were made for your face. Beautiful! Keep studying! Good luck.

3am-6am are the worst! That's when I think to myself "maybe switching to day shift is not a bad idea"

i need to deffinitely eat, drink water and sleep more
Also, the snacks help to keep your blood pressure up and give you some energy
I would say it keeps your blood sugar rather than pressure elevated which in turn gives you energy; but yes, snacks are definitely important!
