Leo's a real goofball. Love his "metalized" covers! You ought consider reacting to his cover of "Cover Me In Sunshine" which he did with his daughter - it's incredibly adorable. You'd love it. me too that guy is unbelievable. His collaboration on Slipknots psychosocial with a banjo was the shiz. He did it with Rob Scallon.

His 'Our House' cover is a fun one, it's literally the real estate ad for when he and Stine (his now ex-wife) were selling their old house, disguised as a cover song.
That was brilliant!
I remember thinking how genius when that was released.
Not only that, it is a good cover, and a treat for the fans with all the rabbit spotting to be done in that video.
One of my favorite things about Leo's singing is that I can finally hear and understand the lyrics of sings he covers, particularly when so many of the original artists (or the mixing?) makes it hard to interpret.
Plus, he always exudes joy, which brings me smiles.
Yes! I love Leo's metal covers. You must see his rendition of Africa by Toto - don't cut it off when it ends though, he has a really cool outro after the song.
Oh thank goodness, the “react” network has finally discovered Leo. I hope the other channels follow suit, and quick, fair use being what it is. He was one of the best discoveries I made during the last 2 years. Seems overdue, given his genius at metallizing almost any arrangement, and the presence of his own vocals, as well as a few talented guests. “Listen to your Heart” and “Dance Monkey” must come along next if you deem to revisit his catalogue. The Roxette cover is impeccable,newly energized for the 2020’s, and you get to meet two other members of the Frog Leap team. And the T&I cover is superlative to the original, and features Violet Orlandi, a fellow RUclips famous vocalist of impeccable caliber.
I'd say the "react" network actually found Leo a couple years ago.. at least there's been a lot of Leo on many of the other "big react" channels out there.

Leo is one of my favorite people because of the basic enjoyability of his music, and his tons of pure skill.

Leo is the first YT cover artist I watch that voluntarily paid song royalties before YT forced him to. I wasn't even aware you could do that when he mentioned it. So an upright guy all the way around.

I love all of Leo's work he's very talented and this was pretty much my reaction too. If I'm not mistaken he's tracked 4 vocal tracks for each side. Falsetto, clean/standard signing vocals, screaming, and just speaking the lyrics. He put a out video a year or two ago showing his process.
I 1st learned of him from his metal cover of Toss a Coin to Your Witcher, but you should check out his cover of Carry on My Wayward Son.
Absolutely LOVE Leo and his metal covers. I can honestly say I think I've listened to every cover he has put out, and there has only ever been one, maybe two that I wasn't super happy with. Everything else is just so much fun, and it's amazing he can play so many instruments and has such great vocals. I hope you do more reactions to Leo. The first one I ever heard from him was his cover of Africa by Toto. Hooked me instantly and have followed him ever since.

I still watch this version of Hello and I watched it the day it dropped. Watching Leo go through his journey all these years is pretty amazing. Eye of The Tiger is another really good one.

A couple of weeks ago, I accidently cam across Leo's website. I'm 78 and loved his exceptional talent 'and' humor!!
One of the major things I have noticed when Leo covers a song, besides the incredible talent, is his vocals are so clean I can actually understand the lyrics. When I hear the song sung by the original artists I cannot understand the lyrics most of the time. Then I hear Leo's version and it's Ohhhhh, now I understand!

He releases a new cover every week, and he's currently got over 350 on his channel. Check out his Africa by Toto! Oh, and never, ever skip his outros - they're usually as good as the cover.
For something similar but different, I'd suggest Ten Second Songs, who takes popular songs and covers them in 20 different styles.
