  • Pike kip out to an Elbow Ayesha tutorial break down, including progression steps to work thru to make this transition less scary and more easily accomplished. Watch until the end for a full combo integrating this transition! This tutorial is NOT the place to start if you have not done an elbow ayesha before! So make sure you are 100% solid with your elbow ayesha from any entrance BEFORE diving into this one. This kip out transition is definitely for my advanced polers so as always please make sure you are working within you safety zone (within your skill level, have a spotter, and/or mat). For those of you that have an ayesha but have been scared or reticent to try this power pole entrance to it, I will be giving you some bite size progressions to work towards this kip out. I'm demoing from a shoulder mount entrance simply because it is a quick entrance to the starting pike position but no shoulder mount is necessary. Feel free to enter the starting pike position from whatever entrance suits you best, descending down or inverting up into it.
