Thank you, from you l learnt how to climb the pole,it just sticked to my memory..."ankle, knee...ankle knee..."😄 l passed to intermediate in my school dance where l usually go,so thank you so much, your videos are so great, and going for more!!!!💖🌹
I don’t usually comment but this video is great!! Super helpful and informative and I got it after my fourth attempt!! I wasn’t the most confident as I’ve only gotten comfortable with the caterpillar but I can’t thank you enough for such a great help!
I remember being so SCARED when I was first learning. It felt impossible. Like gravity was literally pulling me down no matter how hard I tried! I'm telling you this so that you know that it's hard for everyone, not just you. You can do it! Keep me updated :-)
Train this move on the ground first, with what would be the bottom hand on the floor....then get used to what it feels like getting your legs of the pole. Hope this helps 🙏
Thanks for the video. Is there a big difference between the hand spring and true grip ayesha, or are they just different ways of getting to the same end position?
I've been trying for 2 months. I watched this vid and got it in 45 seconds
It makes me feel like I can actually do it even though it’s been mind-screwing me for years! I’ll try it again tomorrow.
You are literally the best pole instructor. Congratulations on your little one. I'll be watching your videos nonstop until I get it!
Love that you always show common mistakes so we don't do them and show why you wouldn't be able to do the trick with the mistakes.
I love your videos, you make me want to start pole conditioning like NOW!

My problem is holding my balance when I’m upside down
Could intermediate do this or would it be too hard?
