Right? Those shots are golden! There is a lot of thought and effort put into these videos, really beautifully edited and put together! That’s not easy to do by yourself.
I think you picked the right career. You are a natural! Many women doing van videos but your videos have a natural vibe with plenty of shots and angles. You are on your way! I predict great success!
You did an awesome job! I know what I'm saying - I'm Polish and i grew up on those 😆 You pulled off the seemingly impossible - a batch of beautiful pierogi from scratch in "the middle of nowhere" out of a car? Dang! You're my hero 😊
You always visit amazing places, you are my favourite car life/camping RUclipsr, your personality is so likeable and you put so much work into your videos ❤
I had never heard of this pasta perogies (chk so) before. They look good I might try making some with soyrizo and cheese inside! I love watching your videos because you are so down to earth and you always just go with the flow. It’s relaxing to watch. That volcano or mountain 🏔️ is so beautiful. That waterfall is beautiful! Thanks for sharing!!! ❤
Best episode yet. Wow the pierogi's turned out amazing considering you made them from scratch. Keep pushing those boundaries , you have so much potential.
You make me miss my Honda Element sm.Got rid of it when we had a baby, bc taking a carseat out of that was too difficult in parking lots. She's 12 now. I think it's time to get an element again.
Gotta run extra early this morning so I can’t watch yet but instant LIKE for Rosa regardless 😂. Everyone watching please thumbs up for this beautiful soul and help her get big enough on youtube so she can afford to do this and more…
appreciate the randomness and authenticity and loved the falls and you avoided the crowds and finding a great campsite...appreciated it lots...thanks much
ive been binge watching your videos, i love your life, the simplicity - i see your contentment in terms of material things. your courage to be alone in your journey! hands down, God bless you Rosa! ❤ watching from the Philippines
the waterfall and the lake were so pretty. its obvious its unknown because you dont see any trash or ppls garbage, just pure nature. any ways i love your videos, ive always wanted to set off on my own like you do and these just inspire me more :)
Love the Santa Fe shirt!! I lived there for 18 years. Now I’m in Albuquerque. Another beautiful waterfall 💦 thanks for taking us along!! See you next time. ✌🏻☮️
ROSA, another great Video...secret Waterfall, hike to Blue Lake ,You are Good Cook.....Again Thanks for Sharing....Keep enjoying LIFE & be Safe......it was a Good Day...!!!
What i like about your vids is how much nature you film. You should publish a list or book about all these waterfalls and other beautiful places you visit so we can find them. Magnificent camera work, some of the best I've seen.
Speachless about the beauty of this video... the waterfall and the area around it is Amazing... Washington state, the area near Mount St Helen incredibly beauty...and you preparing the Perogies, in Italian is Panzerotti...so good !!!!!!!!! Thank you Rosa ...again you did a great job !!! a big Hug !!!!! see you in the next new one ...Bye... or Ciao !
That was perfect. I agree with nacho! And your fans… your videos are the best, Girl… well done. I think you taught yourself, figured it out, but they are so pro. You got a little bit of everything, informative and fun. Thank you for sharing Your world, your life. May you always find what you are seeking. Perfection 👍😘
Look at you making perogies from scratch off the back of your car in the middle of the forest!!! Badass!!👏👏👏👏👏 I freaking love perogies! ❤️ And *Holy Mother of Earth* what a beautiful place that waterfall was! That guy was definitely an idiot. 😂 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
I know right!! I honestly can't believe they turned out so good, I got super lucky 😊 and I agree!! I love that it's still not a well-known waterfall so it feels like a little oasis!
I am so impressed at how you cook so much from scratch. You did a great job making the pierogies! I came across your channel and I love watching your travels. I grew up outside of Pittsburgh.
Awesome Santa Fe, NM shirt. I could sit in front of Mount St. Helens all day. I will have to try the perogies out, they looked delish. Thanks for taking us along!
Those were some beautiful shots of the waterfall! I really like how the sunlight was beaming through the trees too. Also were you a professional chef in a past life or something? You always make these fancy meals while out on the road. About the fanciest thing I have ever made while camping is throwing stuff in a pie iron and cooking it over a fire!
Awesome video, your cooking is amazing. You following game trails, hopping over fallen trees was great. Of course the water fall was gorgeous. You know how to CAMP !
Hi Rosa, another great video, you really are amazing, it makes my day when I see you have a new video to watch and you take us to the most amazingly beautiful places. Your cooking looked lovely, I love potatoes onion and cheese too, they looked amazing, stay safe sweetie from Nick in the UK x
Nice to see you cook good for you food. My daughter is half Ukranian, he grandma made perogies all the time. The shades of green make me miss Oregon and the PNW.
Thanks for taking me along on a great day, water falls then a peaceful lake, it reminded me of one I used to go to in Mt. Gretna to be alone. Then you top it off with good food at a great campsite ❤
Ahhh stop, I love Mt Gretna! There's the big chair you can sit on and I used to love jumping off that diving board in the middle of the lake ❤️ my family went there many times
@@lifeinmyelement Yes, I was there many times & remember the big chair..... Then there was a hidden lake where I would go to be alone.... My dad showed me that one in yes the 1940s 😎
Rosa what I like about your videos is that....well, I'm starting off. And to watch your videos it shows me that you don't need $50k to buy some tricked out camping vehicle. You do this by yourself (which is me) and basically..it looks like you don't need alot. (Well, maybe alot of prep.) Thanks again
Thank you for bushwhacking through that stuff to take us to that waterfall. Amazing! Also, the pierogis looked delicious, you did great! When I lived in Chicago, I was introduced to pierogies by my Polish friends... if you really want your mind blown, check out Australian "meat pies", sound sketchy, but are actually amazing (and don't have to include meat). Thanks again for the amazing videos Rosa.
Can tell you're from PA also haha. My family and I make perogies for christmas and easter every year. We boil them then pan fry them in lots of butter and onions. These looked great you definitely did a good job! (If you do not use all the filling its good to make cheesy potato pancakes with)
Oh heck yea! I tried my best to do them justice ❤️ weirdly enough my family does sushi for Easter lol I'll have to try out potato pancakes in another video!
"When they float to the top they're done" - also , when they hit the ground, they're done. 😆 You know what's missing from those pirogues? Cheese. 😊 Though frankly, they do look rather tasty as is. I've never had them. That waterfall was truly breathtaking, as was your mounting of that slippery perch. 😮 Nice shots! Be careful out there Rosa.
Stunning waterfall. I would say that McClellan said that so that nobody would come and build or commercialize the place. He probably wanted it to remain unspoiled and just as lovely as when he first saw it. Props to him! And I'm in Hershey PA--love me some homemade pierogies!! How about baked oatmeal?
Pierogi....is a staple in Western MA. There's a lot of Polish American settlers here. And you made them just like they are made/served in that region. I ❤ them with spaghetti sauce and Asiago cheese...or pan fried with sesame oil.
Excellent shots of the falls! Perhaps McClelland's quote will help keep the masses away from stampeding this beautiful place. Thanks for doin' it! BTW, I am the pierogi pirate! This is Polish soul food !
That was a crazy hike / trail? Majestic waterfall, well worth it, I’d say. I’m impressed by your ability to find amazing locations devoid of people. Your cooking skills and recipes, from the back of Elron, are superior to what I cook in my full kitchen at home. I read “Pride and Prejudice”. I’ve read a huge amount of classics. “Jane Eyre” is one of my favorites. They’re great and mostly free on my kindle. Stay safe and be well. ❤❤❤
Hey Rosa first let me start by asking did you do something to your hair? It looks really good when loose beautiful shine. Those turnovers you made look delicious sry I forgot what there called. Lol the view of the volcano was cool. I didn't know glaciers could form inside volcano's. Today was a simple yet very cool chapter loved it. Bye for now rosa, stay safe. ❤❤❤❤❤
I didn't! Some hair days are better than others lol but thank you!! I also didn't know they could until I read a sign about Mount St Helen's. It's really cool ❤️
Perogies YUM! I love the potato and cheese ones myself..not so much the sauerkraut ones. Perogies are also the national dish of Poland and are very European/Asian but considered of Polish origin for the most part. Being a Polack who grew up in your favorite state of NJ ;) we grew up on perogie as it is very popular in the Northeast. That's another perogie fact: the dish is acceptable to be said as singular or as plural.
Oh yea, I have never ever liked sauerkraut, it's so icky to me... but that's good to know! I changed the title of my video because someone else said that it didn't need an s on the end to be plural lol
Love watching your videos! You are quite the chef. Today you've given me the inspiration to make pierogies! I like them exactly like you do. Raviolis are also amazing pan fried after boiling...Yummy😋 Also, I was not aware of the glacier formed from Mt.St.Helens' eruption. Keep on truckin' 😊
The places you take us are always so beautiful, thank you for working so hard to bring us these beautiful videos! May God bless you and keep you safe on all your journeys. ❤
Really enjoy the effort you make to walk back and forth to create those nice shots. Thanks for the video Rosa.
Gotta get my steps in lol thanks for watching!!

I think you picked the right career. You are a natural! Many women doing van videos but your videos have a natural vibe with plenty of shots and angles. You are on your way! I predict great success!
Well thanks! It's hard to see it as a potential career when I'm having so much fun doing it! I appreciate you ❤️
Was not expecting such a beast of a waterfall.
Neither was I lol it was so pretty 😊

Oh gosh that would be quite a long list, hard to keep track of all the places I've visited!! But not a bad idea ❤️
@@lifeinmyelement guess ill just have to go back and watch them all from the beginning to the end and take notes!! lol

You make better pierogis on a tailgate than most people can make in a fully equipped kitchen!
The other great American road trip book -- "Grapes of Wrath" -- or perhaps the "Electric Cool Aid Acid Trip" road trip.
