Awesome videos, mate, I like your channel, ngl.But please, try to get rid of the accent as possible, and quality of the сontent will become a lot better, I think
of course people who dont speak english as a first language will have an accent why do you think that it is okay to deem their accent as something to be ashamed of oml
Does i use ordinary sugar instead of glucose
Why the color of CuO in the glass it's green black and not only black ?
Can we also prepare Cr3+ in the same method?
For the Sodium Hydroxide 20% solution is the same as about 6M NaOH solution per 100ml.
Very nicely done.
Will a Cu(II)Cl2 solution percipitate Cu(I)Cl if treated with sugar?
Nope but you can add metalic copper and CuCl will form it takes a some time but it works
I believe the proper method for making copper (i) chloride from copper (ii) chloride is to reflux copper (ii) chloride with copper metal and HCl.
Imo the easiest way to synthesise CuCl is to mix the solutions of CuSO4, NaCl and a reducing agent like Na2SO3 or Na2S2O5
@@multichemistry2509 but why wouldn't sugar work if this works with Na2SO3?
excellent video well done
Interesting video!
Your Cu (I) oxide is yellow, not red. Why?
You made CuOH, Cu2O is red.
Cu2O doesn't have to be red, it can have a colour anywhere between red and yellow depending on the particle size.
Copper hydroxide is green or blue not even close to red@@Linus-nq2op
