    Sir, why there is hydrocephalus in Dandy walker malformation?

      Due to obstruction of CSF flow.

    sir why cant the ring enhancing lesion in the right cerebellar hemisphere with a eccentric nodule be a pilocytic astrocytoma or hemangioblastoma with perilesional edema..... is the t2 hypointensity is the diffentiating feature?

      Those are great differentials. But as you have mentioned, T2 hypointensity is characteristic for tuberculomas.
