1. Cerebellar atrophy due to long term antiepileptic treatment.
2. Chronic hypertensive microangiopathy.
3. Acute epiploic appendagitis anterior to the descending colon.
4. Bovine aortic arch.
5. Parrot beak tear of the lateral meniscus
6. Blow out fracture of inferior wall of left orbit.
7. Tau sign in persistent trigeminal artery.
8. Lhermitte-Duclos syndrome
9. Hydrops fetalis.
10. Bilateral subdural hematomas causing descending tentorial herniation, compressing the left PCA with resultant acute infarct.
